Hey, guys I have a 03 XB9r and I'm about 220lbs anybody know what I should have the suspension set at. Bike rides fine but if it will ride better that would be cool. I beleve it is still at stock.

hey dave i have the same (xb9r), and i have not messed with my suspension at all either, i only weigh about 170, but it seems awfully firm or stiff to me? any suggestions?

the only thing I adjusted is the rear shock it seemed to make the bike steer a little better.
