Hello all,

I'm wondering which tube frame this header is for. Maybe m2 b/c I don't see an 02 sensor plug?
How about the muffler? Daytona boss, stainless specialties, or something else? Also, does anyone know of a good brand of paint to paint the muffler? Thanks!

Looks like a stock 99 M2 head pipe and a KT slip on.
The M2's are carb, not fuel injection. Hence the lack of a O2 sensor bung.
The 99 was the only year for that style (under the frame) that wasn't stainless.

The header looks like it had header wrap on it for some length of time.
That's what caused the rusting and pitting.

You may want to consider getting a 00or later stainless steel version from Ebay.
Usually les than $50 or so.
