A Lighting, Thunderstorm or any Evolution Sportster should do.

I am working on a oddball project and I need a measurement. The more accurate the better, but a close idea if you have no more than a ruler would help also.

I need the dimension between pin bosses, see the picture below. If you can I would like the measurement at the top and bottom of the boss if it tapers.

piston

Thanks, Jeff

I've just been and measured 1 Buell Thunderstorm piston for you. It measures 25.4 to 25.6 mm, or an inch to just over. HTH

Wiseco's are 1.159" at the bottom and 1.055" at the top. That translates into approximately 29.4/26.8mm.

Wiseco 10.5:1 piston

Snowdave,

Sounds like you need to come down with us and ride the Elizibeth-Galena curvepike.
