I have used WileyCo since I bought my M2 in 2002.

Great Service - My first system broke partly due to me not mounting a weak front elbow correctly. After emailing Support (in Italy) they shipped me a whole new updated system for free (I did cover the shipping). Below are some pics. Notice the new sturdy elbow mount.

Ease of Use - The old system used 4 bolts and a gasket to mount the can to the elbow. The new system simply slips on making oil changes very easy. It also makes it easy to slip on a straight pipe for those days you feel like being noisy.

Volume - It is very mellow at idle but sounds nice when under a load. It is quieter then a D&D and not as crisp as some other systems. It is great for use in the city.

Remeber these pics are of the updated system. After two years the elbow has turned more of a golden color.

The new system requires the use of the new Y-mount hanger. I've got a new WileyCo steel can in the garage I haven't mounted yet, didn't get as good of a deal as you on the replacement though.

The only negative I have with using the old system is that the packing blows out (probably true for any glasspack muffler) and needs to be checked every so often. Kind of hard to do on a long road trip or cross country jaunt. If I could find some packing material that wouldn't blow out I'd stuff the new can with it and mount it with the Y-hanger back on the bike.

Wileyco's warranty / customer service is the best.

I had one on my s3t that suffered from severe customer neglect. We're talking beat apart - the front mount broke off and missing, fractured neck, no internals, missing label, elongated rivet holes. I emailed wileyco to see if I could get the label replaced and some info on the model I had. I have no warranty card, receipt, or anything so he asked me to email him a couple pics instead. I figured I could reweld the neck and make a mount and perforated tube myself. In the end I ended up getting the new version as a replacement for $100, which includes the shipping.
