My bike is bone stock. I am basically wondering if I should add a PC111 or a buell race ecm?

No need if its bone stock. You won't see any improvement in my opinion. If you buy a pipe and an air filter you don't really need the Race ECM. I did not notice a substation difference for the money. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
