just wondering ?

could a "old" model xb12 race ecm work on a xb12x or ss for that mater

an could someone verify that the 05 and 06 models have a downloadeble ecm ( as in they come in as a blank ecm and have to be programed with the digitech )

thanks for your pations for my supid questions

Not sure about the prior XB12 ECMs working on a new one or an XB12X.

Other than the TPS reset operation and initial AFV, I'm pretty sure the ECMs are NOT programmed by the dealership.

Bud, I was told at the dealership that the race ECM that I just bought for my Ss had the same part number as the older ones.
