I bought my XB12R from Tilley because:

1) They are a sponsor of BADWEB
2) They stock and back the Buell line
3) Great price
4) Incredible staff of people

thank you Tilley Buell for a great buying experience, I love my new Firebolt.

.....tilley's kept my blast for 2 weeks. Didn't do the work I asked even after calling them 5 times. They didn't follow the service manual as I asked for the 15k service. They didn't order any parts. They did 2.6 hours of work in those 2 weeks.

Horrible service. Horrible sales people. I won't go back.

Tilley's just outdid themselves. We had an adventure in Franklin NC over Memorial Day Weekend. Henrik from NY was riding his 96 S2 when the stator gave up the ghost. After loading it onto a trailer, Reepicheep and Gentleman Jim got it to Tilley's. Mind you, this is on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day. They not only had a stator in stock, but they had a Buell tech scheduled for work on Monday. Henrik was very happy with the service and was back on the road by noon on Monday, Memorial Day!

Good job Tilley's!

Free coffee, and speed channel on the plasma TV. I was disappointed Henrik got there so soon after we did ; ).

I went in around July 08 and wanted to order Buell parts and was told by the parts manager they had discontinued the Buell line and parts and service, so I went to Gastonia Hd 20 minuates from Charolette.

Tilleys in statesville alive and well as a buell dealer. I was in there last friday and they had at least one of all current models in stock. Tilleys in Salisbury 30 miles away dropped buell when they moved in the new building 2 years ago.Guess they were to close together
