I've seen postings indicating a "mounting kit" is needed for installing a chin fairing.
I have an aftermarket carbon fiber X1 chin fairing that I would like to put on my 00 S3T suggestions?

After checking with two local Harley dealers in an attempt to find a "mounting kit" I returned to "American Sportbike" after reading a post on this board and ordered a kit from them. Al? has pieced together all the hardware needed and sells it at a reasonable price.

It is here

A reasonable price?

No, but I didn't set it, Buell did. I think it's a bit expensive for a bunch of HW, bracket, small turned spacers, etc. Still, if you went to piece it all together yourself and bent up a bracket and made some spacers and such, you'd probably spend as much. I have one in stock.
