Awesome! Hey, I'm not a drawer but my idea would be to use something similar to the military logos, like the patch on the back of my jacket. Only instead of the eagle, globe, and anchor, we would replace it with the Brag logo. In the circle above it would be Southern, below would be Nevada. I'll explain it better tomorrow when I see you all Saturday. | ||

Hey Dan! It was great to finally meet you. Welcome to the group! The 13th, the dealer has asked us to participate in a group ride from the main dealership to Henderson, and then to the SuperMoto race at Bally's. I don't have all the details as of yet, but basicly I think they want to use that weekend to kick off our club. We will be having a "sit down" conversation with everyone in the coming weeks. wow, I was just reflecting and Saturday was probably the most fun I've had in a while. Thanks for making the new guy feel welcome! and Nick, what about this, I don't know if it's feasible or not but ... the dealers should have like addresses or phone numbers of all the people who have bought Buells from them for like warranty purposes and newsletters or whatever right? Wouldn't we be able to maybe send out just a card or something with their next newsletter they get or something? Or get the dealer to do it? I'm just brain-storming, I don't know if this is actually legal or not or what but I figured I'd throw it out. | ||

Glad you had a good time Dan. I can't wait for future rides. Once we get the Brag chapter started, Jeff, the dealer rep, said the dealership would go through its database for new owners and those that had their bikes serviced at the dealership and send them the info. I don't know how many we'll get that way but we should get a few. I wonder if they'll go through the entire Southern Nevada network or if it'll just be LVHD since they are all owned by the same people. | ||

Hey everybody my computer is now up and running. Been a few days. No word from the dealer yet. John great pics. Nick no I am not going to bid on those. I like free. So I am hoping the dealer will kick down one for me. Never hurts to try. If they do not I will look into having one made. It was great seeing all the bikes gathered. Doesn't look too bad. One question though, have we submitted our name to BRAG yet. Is it going to stay Southern Nevada Club, or Southern Nevada Bike Club? UPDATE: I spoke with Dawn. She is still waiting on the complete BRAG bible from Harley. She said that she is checking on it and will call as soon as she has it in hand. From there, we will all have to sit down with them and discuss exactly what it is that we want from them as far as what level of involvement. (sponsoring events, etc.) I told her that we would have to schedule a time where the whole board could meet with them, and she agrees that is the best way to go about it. So I have a drag pipe on my blast now. Where the header pipe is welded to the muffler cracked today. The bike sounds meeeaaaan as ••••. Lost some torque though, guess they do need back pressure haha. I just thought that was funny.....take care folks! | ||
