This has to happen the last weekend of March, Tradition ya know. Wolfpen Gap Blood Mountain Rt 60 Cherohala Dragon Turners corner TWO Great food Buell motorcycles Camping Rain Mud Camp fire circles Riding Liquid sunshine(loaded mustache, if you know what I mean) Somebody being rescued from somewhere. The best people you'd ever meet. It is about time to start setting this up. I believe about all that will be needed is to alert TWO, and to make sure the weekend is open there Post up what it meant to be there at the past Marchbadness' for you. I believe my first foray into this event was at MB IV.  | ||

Let us not forget, or for those who did not know, this is Glitch's event. Perhaps he can enlighten us on the story of how it started. There has never been an entry fee or dues or anything of the sort for these awesome Buell rider(or what ever you have now) events. If this thing comes to fruition I am hoping to ask everybody for a contribution of say $20 or so for Glitch and his family. | ||

Vern- this is an awesome idea and it needs to happen. My first time (and first Badweb event of any kind) was MB3. ERIK even showed up at that one, and there was a related interesting "incident" I witnessed. I asked him about it at the NOLA AMA race a couple of years ago, and he remembered it well. He said wound up catching a bunch of grief from HD's lawyers about it! Note that there is now a nearby EBR dealer, 16 miles away in Dahlonega, GA: http://www.ridershill.com/ Who knows, MAYBE we could even get a truckload of EBR demo bikes to show up just like back in the old days. | ||

I read and told him about Marchbadness last night. First he said "Wow!" Then he said, "I ain't even recovered and they're already volunteering me to head up an event. Bunch of crazies!" Then we had a laugh and went on and on about how he'd better get a move on! There's a party to plan! We love you all and can't wait to be hanging out on the porch with old friends and meet some new ones! | ||

I spoke with Bill Johnson,the owner of Two Wheels of Suches today at Riders Hill.He said they will open for the season on March 7th and that while now they have 15 beds available,weather permitting they are building four new cabins for a total of 24 beds plus camping. There were four EBR RX's and three SX's at Riders Hill.Ian wants me to demo an RX and give him my opion of it.I said I'd think about it.  | ||

Buellish; I for one would be highly interested to know if Buellish on an EBR is faster around that loop the Buellish on a S2. I can't imagine that it is possible. | ||

I wanna go! Let me see if I can swing some vacation time. I'd like to camp, next to a fire ring, with some liquid sunshine, remembering that one time I was going to bring my KLR and ended up there on a Goldwing and then promptly began to be berated by on Dave Despain because he rode all the way up there to go on a KLR ride. I also want to see the fiddy races, I want to see Vern splash down in the creek, I want to see Squids walk across the fire pit, I want bets go wrong and end up with grown men wearing pink thongs over their riding suits, I want to carry wheel barrels of wood to the fire pit and put exploding coke cans in the fire. I wanna see the buellers reel in disgust over another "Two Girls, One Cup" as presented by Froggy, I want to ride the roads in the rain or in the shine, I want to go on a pajama ride on the last day.... and I want above all else to see all you fookers again as well as the man "Sir GlitcH" | ||

What Micah said! I'm in! Gotta try to get set up by the campside, my good buddy, dearly departed, Ed Nabors showed me the BEST spot for strategic reasons to pick a site. I can't think of hardly ANY better congregation of gentlemaniaaaacks to catch up with. I'd rather not go offroading again with Barker if possible... nor do I care to try to match pace with Tom B. or Tim, and that insane dude on the Husky supermoto. I'm definitely in for some firepit Jenga, and any other worthy shenanigans. Somehow I missed the girls and cups vids, happy to leave that in the past simply from watching everyone else's reactions. | ||

Aaaaaaahhhhhh yessssss.....clear mountain spring water enhanced by a dash of.....what.....Ben-Gay? Who'da thought that would happen?  Flushes the clear fluids and laughter right out of a guy's head in no time. Feel great in the morning too!  But then again.....I don't know nothin"!! I recall that Fat Uly well. Damn near burned down the back of my helmet with those HIDs. Brad, Jeremy, you recall the dead thing the three of us ran over well after dark on our way in, at speed, on rt 60? Micah, that was a fun fire pit with Dave D. was it not? I was having fun stealing Greg's firewood! Nice pics by the way. It was cool hearing your GW grind and bend it's bottom parts going up Blood Mountain! It was fast for a bike carrying such a good sound system!  I will not be in a tent this go around. I am thinking about the logistics of that. Might bring motorhome, might stay in motel unit. | ||
