Packing up and heading out to what seems will be a very busy summer of teaching in the metro and far corners of the land of White Castles and walleye.

Unfortunately, I will be working most weekends but I do have a couple where I may only be teaching on either a Sat or a Sun, not both. Mr. Twisty is hoping to join us on one leg of the trip, but unless I can convince a friend to lend him a bike, a ride may be out of the question.

Any MN-based Buellers interested in meeting up for a ride, please post up. Been wanting to meet some of the locals, but the last few summers have been busy with family stuff.

BeLinda.

BeLinda, If life settles down a bit I'm in.

Cool brad. You are just up the road so if you are up for a weeknight ride for a burger I am in. My gear is drying out from this weekends back to back class deluge in Rochester. As soon as it is dry I will be ready to ride. So if you would be available later this week I am in. Lmk. B.

Hey brad- couldn't help thinking about ya today as we were running errands in maple grove. My sister is considering moving up that way to be closer to her job and I wanted to check the area out. Sure has changed a bunch since I last spent time there in 1988!

Had the bike out yesterday running errands. The uly and I are both happier on these cooler June days.

BeLinda,
Life has been getting in the way of.....um life.
Lost my Mom on the 27th, things have been in quite a bit of turmoil since. The memorial service was Saturday. Things should settle down a bit from here on.
If you or your sister needs any "inside" info about the area, please feel free to let me know.
An yes, it has changed a TON since 88. We moved in in Dec of 92 and I too don't recognize the area any more.

Brad

Oh brad, so sorry to hear about your mom. We went thru the loss of my mom just about two years ago. It is still really hard, especially when I travel up north and teach in the area where she had lived all her life.
Nothing is the same.

I may take you up on the insider info. My sister moved from maple grove to plymouth in the early 90s and has been in excelsior since the mid 90s so this summer is the first time I have spent any time in maple grove since 88. The growth is shocking. And if there is any benefit to all the rain, it should be easy to predict what areas are prone to flooding when looking at places.
