Will be in next friday passing through for a few days. Since no bites on any of the herd, will take them to be consigned off and then will be in to town and riding the new bike. If you guys are around maybe we can meet somewhere. | ||

I think we get in in the middle of the night Thursday, got contractors Friday and Saturday mornings, but may be free in the afternoon if they are done. Will pm when we see how it shakes out but a short run somewhere sounds good. | ||

Today turned into a cluster. 10 hrs of work on the house. Got more contractors in the morning but should be free by two we hope. Will let you know. RS is awesome. Haven't pushed it due to break in but rides like is on rails. | ||

Great meet up this week guys. Looks like 3 of us are headed to alpine weekend after next!! Can't wait! As soon as I got home I got a text from a certin xb rider who was broke down on the side of the road with clutch issues so I threw the ramp in the truck and did my good buddy duty and scooped him up for a ride home. | ||

Just an fyi. I called up Chandler Custom Cycles, they said bring the Buell in, we can work on it Friday. Thursday at noon, I took it over. Thursday afternoon, they called, saying it is ready and running. Great bunch of guys there. | ||

Rode her home last night Bart! Finally got to my 12k service at 15k miles. I went the frame off route because I had some other stuff to do at the same time. Finally did my 12k service at 15K -oil service -valve adjust -spark plugs -EBR rotor with oil jet -Twin Motorcycle Velocity stacks -oberon clutch piston kit -fresh rear tire -water pump shaft seal -brakes/clutch fluid flush with the ATE super blue race fluid. -I'm sure I forgot some other stuff.. -all but 3 of the valves were just a little tight, the hot-cams shim kit did the trick and I got them all perfectly in spec. Bike runs GREAT! The velocity stacks seem to really help throttle response...
