Once again, just wanted to remind everyone- Sunday May 4th (just like above), leaving the dealership at 8:00a.m. Its an all day ride so if you show up, be prepared for a fun time. Also I have factory tours on May 19th at 12:30, so we're LEAVING the dealership at 10:00 to get there in time. If you want in, just post so I can get your name on the list. | ||

Alright, heres the schedule I've worked up for anyone curious- Wed. July 2nd: 9 a.m. Leave from Mobil gas station at Breezewood overpass in Neenah to head to Hal's Hd in New Berlin for the Ride to the Great Lakes Drag way. The ride from Hal's departs at 4:00p.m. If you pay the 5.00 fee, then you won't have to pay the 17 dollar entrance fee to the drag way. If you want to actually drag your bike, the fee is 25.00 and you can run it as many times as you want. Thurs. July 3rd: 11:00a.m. depart from Hd/Buell of Appleton enroute to the Buell Factory in East Troy for self guided factory tours and autograph session with Erik Buell. Later that evening Erik and his band will be playing at "The Boiler Room" in Racine. So we will be heading there later on that afternoon. Friday July 4th: Departing at 7:00a.m. to head to the track day at Blackhawk Illinois. I will be heading back to Wisconsin earlier in the afternoon to get back for my family duties that evening. Sat, Sun July 5/6th: Road America for the races. Leaving from the dealership at 8:00. At 12/noon there will be a Buell parade lap  If you have any questions, my cell is 920 378 5920. It's been awhile since anyone has posted... There's a few events/rides I'd like to get a group together for. First is the Slimy Crud Run - Sunday May 3rd. Would like to leave the Appleton Buell dealership about 9am. Second is the Homecoming - I can only make it the 5th and 6th. On the 5th, I'd like to leave the Appleton Buell dealership at about 8:15am to head to East Troy. Depending when things start at R.A. on the 6th, we can plan around that. I spoke with Bob at the HD/Buell dealership and they are not doing Buell Demos at all this year. Pretty crappy... On that note, it would be nice to get a few group rides together more often - at least a couple a month. Lets try and get that passion for Buell back up here in Appleton and really show them how important it is to be as passionate as we all are!! Chad | ||

I work at Stocks HD/Buell in Manitowoc WI and we're thinking about having some sport bike rides out of the dealership. This is kinda the first time that we'll be trying this so I don't have all the details as of yet. I'm just trying to get an idea of how many of you would be interested. If we do get a decent amount of people we want to have it sort of a monthly thing. So if there's anyone that would interested in doing some riding with other sport bike riders in the area, please post here or send me an email so I can kinda get an idea of how many people might be attending. | ||

For anyone who's interested here is the info for our sport bike rides. The dates will be June 17th, July 15th, August 19th, and September 16th. The meeting place for all the rides will be at Stock's H-D/Buell in Manitowoc, and they will be leaving the dealership at 6:15pm each ride. We will be riding to a different destination on each ride. -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Howdy all, my wife and I will meet you at the Dry Bean Saloon in Fitchburg for a killer breakfast before heading out to PineBluff for one end of the event, and then meander over to Leland for the other end of it. There will be no highly organized routing or ride captains, but we will lead for anyone who is unfamiliar with the event and the locations. Meet at Dry Bean at 10AM for their awesome breakfast buffet. Back in action!! Little more in depth than usual, too. I've been messing with the "swiss cheese" air box. I just ordered the new 12 airbox for my 9. Also got ECMspy and been messin with that too. Are you still doing weekly rides? If it's not raining, I'm going down to Locker Room tonight. Let's work on a "Fox Valley Buellers Unite" day or something. | ||
