CJ last meeting Jason stood up there and told everyone that in order to get a group rate I needed for people to express interest or I couldn't get a group rate.So what is that saying other then I didn't get any show of hands sorta speak.In don't mean to RAG on anyone.I wanted this ride to happen as planned hell it was my idea but.I felt as though nobody wanted to go.So here we are. | ||

Last meeting I was late by about 30 minutes so I probably missed what you and Jason said, sorry !! Like I said, I was just posting to see if anyone is riding on Sunday !! I want to go to the House sometime this summer for sure, but hey it doesn't have to be a planned Uke's event, and I don't have to get a group rate !! Shoot I can even ride by myself and see it and get some pics !! Starved Rock is another place I'm planning on trying to get to this summer !! Hey Coolice, I did have a great time and e-mailed fiery today, I told her I'd call to tell her about mine and see how hers went !! She said she had a GREAT time and I can't wait to hear about it !! I sure hope you guys took lots of pics at the hill climb, I bet that was AWESOME !!! I would like to go to the sportbike day in Appleton, I think fiery wants to also !?? CJ  | ||

Thats great CJ that you are up and Adam about going I wish everyone was.So heres my sugestion.Maybe you'd like to help get people motivated to go on this ride also.Team work is the key to a good club. | ||

BadS1, You need need to run the rides weather there is alot of interest or a little. I don't think the group discount is a big deal. If 2 people go, it's a ride and most likely they will have a great time! I've run boat cruises where no one else showed,(hmm, does that mean something?) And still went and had a great time. I say if you post it, let it ride baby! Personally, I have no intention on going to that place, personal preference, and I've also got way to many things planned this summer. Coolice, I'll be at the track day! We'll have the whole family there along with some pit transportation for traveling around inside the track. (ATV'S) | ||

Maybe you'd like to help get people motivated Sometimes people just can't ride, that's why in my opinion you have a club and badweb to give people the "opportunity" to ride together for those who can ride !! It's about communicating your schedule when your able to ride, and others, and then ride with those whose schedule is the same as yours !! Sometimes that might be 2 or 3 folks, sometimes 20 or more !! It's all fun !! I'm up for a ride on Sunday wherever, so Starved Rock would be fine Dyna !! | ||

I feel that this was a "tenative" event if you will check your calendars...nothing was set in stone and it was tentative because we needed some interest and I think time should not be last minute the officers are trying to get a show of hands to plan time, place of departure etc... intrest needs to be shown. Where would you guys like to ride? Starved rock is a cruise..its about 160 or so miles from milwaukee. We could always do something closer or whatever....doesnt matter to me. lets just ride. The earlier the better too. or we just head west & get kinda lost, dont plan any route & see where we end up. | ||

Hey don't tell my boss (I'm the owner)I'm at home sending this! I have been gettin messages from FieryXB and if you guys head down here I'll meet you and lead to Starved Rock. Brunch is til 3 pm. $ 13.95 per persom all you can eat. From Fiery's house to Ottawa is 132 miles. I have found some nice roads NO traffic that you can ride down on. Or we can eat lunch in Utica and ride thru Starved Rock. Let Fiery now and I'll do what I can to help! Gotta go to work or the boss will catch me! | ||

Fiery and I are meeting at Uke's parking lot at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning to ride down to meet Coolice and see Starved Rock !! Anyone wanna come along is welcome !! It's kind of a long haul, but the weather this weekend is supposed to be sunny, and about 75 to 80 degrees, EXCELLENT !! A long ride sounds great !! CJ  | ||

Naughty, I haven't received any mail yet. Was it important? BadS1, Sorry to be non-responsive for The House on the Rock thing, I'm in a wedding next week and have had to go to a bunch of events for weeks on end. It is hard to get everyone to do everything all the time with it being summer and all the commitment folks have. I think it's best to throw out the ideas and whoever can make it, just enjoy yourselves! Bomber, Meeting suggestions sound good. | ||
