Nice! CCS/ ASRA Team Challenge Race tomorrow at 3:30pm 44 lap race. at Heartland Park Topeka. $15.00 tickets. or $35.00 for the all 3 days of racing. Come on out guys Ill be there Friday and Sunday. Walt Sipp, and Alex Oppermann, Both Racing Buells. | ||

3rd place for team Thrashed Bike Racing in the team challenge with the #222 Buell 1125r. I splashed in 3 gallons of fuel in like 10 secs.. once Walt got off the bike and Joel got on to run the last 10 laps of the race. Walt will be racing in Thunderbike class on sunday with a ram air Xb, Bike #221. Come on out if you guys can! Ill be in garage 20 as well helping Alex #77 with his XB and Zach #79 with his Suzuki making there racing debut. | ||

There is a track day this sunday at HPT. I wont be doing a full track day, but i will be taking a few laps around HPT to spark up some more track day riders.. If any of you guys arnt sure about a full track day.. But just wanna feel out a few laps around the track before deciding on a track day hit me up..Come do some laps with me! message me for gear and bike prep info if you decide you wanna come out this sunday! | ||

Had a super awesome time at the HPT track day yesturday. You guys need to get some gear and come play at the track! I hit 130 at the top of the Alpha turn going into 1. I wont be at the june 5th one.. Thats a Kansas Speedway NASCAR weekend. Im gonna try to be at the July or August track dates though. | ||

thanks, and ill go throw my vote in for ya. i might be able to fix what i have< i will need new fork caps. long story short, before i bought the bike (it had 7xx miles) someone got into the forks and got the right cap on sooooooooo tight. my kick ass snap on impact couldnt budge it, a 3ft breaker bar flexed. i finally put soooo much torque on that thing it didnt just round off. it shredded. | ||

LOL) Donuts, rolls and coffee served in the morning for $3.00 donation. kick stands up at 10am. 1st stop slow ride road house in lawrence. then to helen's hilltop in tongie then to teddy's in basehor beer 30 in Desoto hurricanes in Wellsville then to puckets in baldwin then back to eurdora to Cecil mondays, for a live auction, smoked meats from steves meat market, a bikini bike wash, and a live band. Cainan was the little boy that was killed on K-10 on my ride home from our BBQ meet up. When we froze our nuts off in the morning. It would be cool to have some Buellers come ride in this event. HPT aug 13th and 14th trackday/clinic/MCRA challenge series racing, races that do pay a purse! am/ex gt race, am/ex gt lights and a sportsman race that fall in through out the day. Hey BJ - I looked up that Track Day at HPT on the 13th/14th, but don't see any Test the Track sessions offered there... Only at Putnam. Do you have any other info on that or know something that isn't posted. Wife & I are thinking about doing the track day, but she might do the test the track initially to help decide if she wants to do more. Thanks in advance & for the initial post! I can set her up on a "Free" lunch ride.. Which is some thing like when all the paid track day riders and racers take their lunch break.. She will get to go out on track and take like 5-8 maybe 10 paced controlled (50mph-90mph) laps with a control rider. The bike will still need to be track ready.. Tape blinkers lights and such. Riding gear, helmet pants gloves, but leather suit not needed unless she decides to pay for the rest of the day and do the remaining track day sessions. $125.00 for the track day on saturday and $125.00 for sunday track day.. i think you can rent a garage at the track for $200.00 for the weekend.
