I can meet up with ya'll where 108 and 9 intersect.One gas station is at the red light and another one will be back to the left.Do you have a estimate on when you'll be close to that area?

The first wave has arrived- we've got 5 Buells so far and 2 of those were unexpected. The hotel is cool- rooms are nice & they have an awesome beer selection in the office.

Made it home after seeing/dodging two turkey's, a big brown dog, squirrel, and a buzzard on the side of the road. Otherwise it just got hotter the closer we got to Columbia. Be safe!!!

Nice to see people I've rode with in the past and meeting new ones.It was rather warm on the way home!I broke away from Gary at 108 and 9 to ride to Lake Lure.Stopprd at the store to get my Poweraide out of the tank bag and decided I would just go home.The heat just seems to take the "want to" out.Anyway,it was a good ride up with other Buellers.I got a couple pics





and a couple of pics from the Chesnee show today





Last one of my little one.She wanted to go but the heat was a little much for her and we left after a short time there.



Don,heard about your accident.Hope you are ok.Glad you had that spare peg with you for the ride home.

Hope everyone got home safe and the ones staying get home safe.

Hey y'all- I just got in. Gilbert & I were the only 2 that stayed Sunday. We rode over to Maggie Valley Sunday to the "Wheels Through Time" motorcycle museum and had a good ride back on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It rained on us in Maggie Valley but that's the only rain we got in all weekend (although we had a near-miss last night). I'll post pics & more info later.

Got my new rear brake switch installed. No more fluid on the rear tire! Also, during the ride up to Little Switzerland, I got a soft fault check engine light, O2 sensor. Changed out the sensor and bled all brakes.

Took the bike out and rang it out on a hour ride. Everything is good to go!
