Its no trouble. I have to go by the store anyway. We've done it in years past and this year since I am "not supposed" to ride, I figured I'd throw it out there. I should be there tomorrow in the late afternoon. Can't wait!! | ||

1hr 45min and i am free from work. then to pack and rest a bit. i plan on kickstand up @ 0430hrs should put us in the park with day light to spare!! been a while since i've done this kind of mileage in the saddle in one day. | ||

all yall ride safe. Im not waiting on a bath towel to dry so that I can pack it. After that its bed time. Im all packed up, really curious how this is going to work out - I've not packed like this before. Have the tent rolled in the sleeping bag (thanks brankin for idea!!), and then bungee'd on top of the tailbag. I feel confident and worried all in one. We'll see what happens in the morning. Excited! | ||

Ride fast and hard carolinians! I just did 16 from marion va to almost(20mi from) camp. It took all day. Left marion at 8am. Made hotel at 5pm. Stopped 4 times to pee. Go a different way to make better time. | ||

Ride safe everyone! I am running on fumes, literally and figuratively. The bike is on empty (gas station 1.5 miles from home, but i've done 17 miles on reserve, its usually good until 26ish miles) and last night I couldnt sleep and I am SOOOOOO bummed about it. Laid down at 11:30, took so long to get to sleep and then I woke up at 1:30. Couldnt go back to sleep so I tried sleeping on the couch, didnt work. So i turned the TV on and watched Bruno, it went off at 3:20. Then I watched part of Social Distortion on Guitar Center Sessions and I was back in the bed before 4am but still not easy to get to sleep. So I start counting. I made it up above 100 and thats all I remember. But then I was back up at 5:23. Laid back down and slept until 6:37 and decided to stay up. This sucks. But I am very excited to meet folks. | ||

I'm at work counting the minutes until I can git! Car's all packed. Leo has his Buell at work and is coming direct after his shift. I have 2 cases of water plus some adult libations to share. Still plan on making a grocery run after work if anyone needs anything. See you hopefully in the early evening! (look for the old school, turd brown Mercedes) | ||
