Glad to hear everyone made it home safe and sound and that everyone had a good time. Thanks to Kelly for leading the Arizona group, and thanks to the Colorado crowd that showed up in force, and thanks to Russ and Shannon for helping me represent New Mexico, and thank you Nick and Tyler. It was good seeing Kim and Cheryl again, that is quite the rig they have, I am envious! Frank and Lynn, thanks for coming down, I know it was an effort on your part and Deb and I appreciate it. It was great seeing everyone, thank you for attending. I look forward to the fall Ridefest! | ||

It was such a great weekend everyone...I agree with the debbie the 191 was such a great confidence builder ....I really feel like I improved my skill set so much...other the one a @#$% moment yesterday ....the ride was great. Just got to figure out how hard to push and pull...but I am getting there.  Deb I am so proud of you for doing the ride..WAS a great Girl Power weekend!!  | ||

How do you know there is not a bike night? I thought it was every Friday from 4/15/2011 through 6/24/2011? I also found this posted on another forum, I think it replaced the old "Motorcycles on Main St" : There's also a new version of Motorcycle's on Main June 3rd (downtown mesa-Between Morris and Robson - one block east of Country Club) . Street will be blocked off, 3 sections, 3 live stages, Stunt bikes, food from local restaurants, wine bar etc etc. Previously this was geared towards HD crowd but new organizer is trying to attract sport bikes. I'll be there as a Vendor for XCELtrackdays.com. | ||

Yep, me too. I ride over 30 miles each way with full leather gear and a backpack! It was dern HOT and getting hotter! Just changed the oil to summer weight Mobil 1 V Twin 20-50 and changed tranny fluid to 15-50 Mobil 1. She's been doing great running down the 60 at 80+ just to keep up with traffic. Dont think I'd be riding if it werent for the carpool lane! |
