The bottom hole on mine doesn't line up with the tab, and it's making me sad. The bottom of the tank is right up against the frame, and it still needs to go forward another half inch or so. Just to add insult to injury, the feed line is about an inch too short, and it looks like it would be a real bastard to replace. My new employment opportunity is in Florence, SC and NOT Cleveland, GA. Taking many factors into consideration it's the best thing for me at this point in my life. Thanks to those who came out to the V to welcome me on my interview expedition! 1313   Chagertyxb Posted on Wednesday, April 06, 2011 - 05:25 pm:        Well....had an interesting experience the other day...riding home from mom an dads I noticed my front tire had a shiny spot on it, so I stop... the two bottom mounts of my cf fender had broke and it was rubbing the tire. needless to say, there is a cf fender laying on the side of i74 close to indianapolis w/no bolt holes. lol. Departing from the Shell station/Burger King at exit 10 (Old Milton) off 400 at 9:00 AM Sunday and riding north for parts unknown. We have no schedule and no particular destination. We'll stop off at Rider's Hill for a bit and then just see where the day takes us. This will be a SLOW ride. There were some people there today I've been trying to get out and ride with literally for years, and the stars probably won't align again for years more. On a positive note, I got the new oil tank on the S1. I warmed it up in the driveway for a while, and it didn't leak, which isn't something you can often say for a tube frame.
