She asked me am I selling one and i asked her when she buys new jewelry does she sell old ones...HAHA Rich, I specified I wanted matching frame/engine #'s and Todd didn't have one in his possession. He looked around and found a 1967 Triumph in Missouri which fit the bill. He has it in his shop and starting to collect parts and mock it up. He is also building 3 other bikes which is more than he usually builds at one time. That is one reason it'll take 6 months. I'll be a District Sales Manager for Florida Today (contingent on me passing the drug screen). The pay isn't the greatest and the hours are horrible (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) with Friday, Saturday and Sunday required, but it's a job. The other nice thing is it's 10 minutes from the house and I will receive $90/week in auto allowance. I'll either have Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday off, so I'm hopeful to catch up with you guys on a more regular occasion. I'm pursuing another venture on the side which I'll tell you about after I get off the phone with them this morning. My parents live in Bonita Springs during the winter and have neighbors there that run a waste and recycling consulting company and they were just licensed in FL. They are looking for someone to generate leads. It's a great concept and perhaps some of you could provide me with some prospective leads. As I said, I'll tell you more after my conversation today. Nothing like a tall-boy PBR drinking opera singer! Actually the rear Strada was only $84.99. They only had the front for $59 at the Colonial store in Orlando, so I got the rear at the Melbourne store. I'd call Melbourne to see what they have left. I couldn't resist the deal although they weren't in the budget at this time. Hope to see everyone soon.   Irideabuell Posted on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 - 09:15 am:        Oh yeah.....to further sweeten the deal the kid at the Melbourne store forgot to charge me for mounting (the tire machine in Orlando was broken) as he entered the SKU for an item that was 99 cents instead of the mounting, so the total charge for a brand new rear Strada with road hazard? $110.12! I fully expect to pay mounting for the front, but I'm probably going to go down there on Thursday evening again in hopes the same kid is working. They had one set of the Stradas left that would fit our bikes when I was there last night. Watch the accuracy of the maps on that link Sam sent. It was way off the mark for this location, but I was stubborn and finally found it.
