Nice JP.. I get winded just running down to the mailbox..Well I'm out for the rest of the season between painting my truck my wife's car down for repairs (part on backorder). I'm thinking of doing some needed maintenance.

Thanks for the guidance back to Bear mtn. They had main entrance blocked, the guy was a complete jerk wouldn't let anybody in, crazy amounts of tourists late evening there. Had to bust thru back gates to get back to my truck. Luckily no detail at the back gate stopping people. I had a great time hope to do it again next year!

Eric, has indeed been a while. We gotta get together for some riding. I'm up every June for Laconia bike week. We ought to plan something for this spring coming up.

I'll force some of these geriatric Hudson Valley guys to come along, and maybe round up the Nebo troops for a trip up to Conway & ride the kunkimunkis(sp?)

Good meeting & riding with you Spider. Those Bear Mtn park rangers are retarded for sure!

Will do. In a "normal" season I ride down there a few times during the summer.This was the first time ive been down there this year though. The old honda doesn't take too well to tight conditions when its really hot out.
The pit I was refering to is the one by the train station.From there we head into the woods on the back side.As you know there is some pretty good singletrack and couple fun hills to tackle.
