Way too many close calls from both cagers not paying attention as well as the countless Squids pretending to be Rossi. That blue toyota that hit me in 2007 still plays in my mind as well.

On the track its a different story but you guys know that already. I'll still drag a knee now and then but the get from point A to point B in the fastest time possible is over for me unless I have flashing lights behind me.

I have without a doubt seen my pucker facter days end this season, to many guys dropped em this year. We got lucky nobody got dead but it was somebody out every other weekend, Last ride out after some of the fellas blew by a car at 120 on the left that decided to make a left and another guy split through the car and the guys doing 120 @ 140+ I ate lunch with the guys excused myself and headed home to the wife and kids . I was so fing mad I wanted to crack skulls but I guess that was my guardian Angel saying gigs up Dave ride fast but not stupid or else.
I have ridden about as wild as one can but it is time for me to chill so I am taking the rest of the season off and gonna wait till it gets fun again.
And my riding it like I am on a track is gonna be for the TRACK

Agreed, Brum. The only time I ever did over a buck on a group ride was at March Badness trying to keep up with Hammer and the Hudson Valley hooligans. I would have bailed, but I had no idea where I was. Scared the piss outta myself.

That would be a cool shit show for all....

I'm sure my shoulder will be up for it by then. This trip I took did alot of good for it. feels like it is going in a good direction.

I know quite a few Jersey guys who would be interested as well. We have 90 something members now but only 30 or so are really active. If your interested I'd be happy to see what kind of intrest there would be.

I might be able to open up a place for all to stay if we get some advance notice and a few committers. I couldnt do 30, but 6-10 would work if some cats brought air mattresses or something. My base camp is 20 minutes from nhms.
