Sparkey's BBQ in Kearney, its not very far but it's pretty awesome food, he just opened a couple months ago. | ||

theres a place in Williamsburg called Guy's & Mae's BBQ.. between Ottawa and Emporia.. But i heard its pretty damn good bbq. served on newspapers and foil. Also a place in Bonner springs.. it was just on Man Vs Food. Topeka HD is also cool.. i dont care.. just enjoy the ride and the meet up with you guys.. | ||

We actually ate at the place in Bonner that was on Man vs Food, last year on a Buell ride. Saw the hall of shame from people tryin to eat that 6 pound sandwich. Ridiculous. | ||

.: Guy & Mae's Tavern Williamsburg, Kansas The town and the establishment (it's a dirty bar) don't look like much but we are talking $15-$20 for a full slab of some of the best ribs you've ever had in your life. They're slow cooked and served wrapped in newspaper. Bring cash or check though because they don't take cards and the nearest ATM is about 30 minutes away. | ||
