Are there any Brew City Members who wish to go to the Banquet, but are a bit strapped for cash? Also, are any Brew City members staying at the hotel? If so, has there been any coordination as far as getting a block of rooms together on the same floor in the same area? I have not yet reserved a room, but I am planning on it. I will make it available to store riding gear during the banquet, if needed. | ||

Are there any Brew City Members who wish to go to the Banquet, but are a bit strapped for cash? May I ask why??? And as far as blocking Room's for Brew city to be together??? That would pretty much be impossible. The room's are first come first serve. | ||

Thanks for the insight about the rooms. As for your question: I am not one to simply throw money around. However, if there are a few Brew City members who want to go to the banquet, but cannot afford it, I would be happy to help them out. No strings. | ||

That's really the spirit we are looking to promote in our fine club. It says a lot about you and your character... Here's the email I sent out to Brew City members this morning.... Slimey Crud Run Sunday May 2nd, 2010 Meet at the Kwik Trip next to La Ducs custard on Hwy 18 8:30AM, kickstands up at 9AM SHARP! And, for Dave, here is the route we took last year from Pine Bluff to Leland. There is also another group meeting at the former Buell factory at 7:15AM Leaving at 7:30AM sharp. But, that's awfully cold that time of the morning. Unfortunately Toni and I will not be participating in this ride. It's our Son's 1st communion that day. On a sadder note.... Because of my impending employment change, I will need to step down as the "director" of Brew City Thunderbikes. I will be unable to attend meetings like I would like for the foreseeable future. Toni will continue her 'secretary' duties, and I will continue to send out reminders for rides and such however. I think the plan is for Bob Slowisnki to step up to the plate(hint hint... nudge nudge). But that is entirely up to Bob. | ||
