Ryan,
I have a cable but I live near Morrison, as you know. It could be the O2 sensor. You can buy them at most auto parts stores. You can get a 02 sensor from Autozone for under 10 bucks. Bosch 12014 has the correct Weatherpack connector. 02 sensor for buell from GM delco

GM part #25162693,
and that crosses to an AC-Delco AFS20.

i tracked down all the cross ref sensors;

GM OEM= 8990469 superseded to 25162693

NTK= 21002

Airtex= 553071

Bosch= 12014

Denso= 234-1001

Walker= 250-21001

SNG= SN1-15

Hope this helps if that is the problem.
John

Jc, yeah, bit far. I think I will just be patient and wait till sat. I have the ECMSpy software loaded on my laptop and will install the software to use the USB cable with it when I get the cable. In the meantime I will put my 1125R back together so it's ready for the muffler to arrive on friday. I will also finish assembling my 2010 wheels so they are ready for my new tires (Pilot Power 2ct) to arrive.

Well, that sucks. My first thought runs to spark. How long since you changed plugs? Is it just running on one jug? It really could be that O2 sensor, though. My '09 XT ran like sh** for a while because it wouldn't reset it's fuel/air mixture automatically like it's supposed to. It would bog down and run horrible, then backfire and sputter like crazy. Fouled the plugs something fierce. I had them flash the ECM at the dealership and replace my plugs and that's got it fixed. I attributed a lot of that to cold weather, but I could be wrong. I'd be curious to know what ECMspy tells you.

Ryan,
Do not forget to install the drivers for the cable so that it will work with your laptop.

Plugs are new.

Jc, yeah, I've got a note to do that once I get the cable.

Well, let's see, my XB is currently down due to the problem I listed above. My 1125R is without a muffler and thanks to UPS incompetence I won't have it till monday, was suppose to get it yesterday.

My ECMSpy cable should arrive today. It's coming with USPS and the show it's gone through the Denver sorting facility yesterday. Here's hoping.

Nathan, Dan, Brian and myself got together at Brians house to install the comfort kit on Nathans Uly. (Brian and I did his Uly on Monday) After we were done we did a ride to Golden for lunch and then up lookout Mt. and around the top and down. Very windy up there and lots of snow on the ground but they swept lookout and was fun for all.

Well, figured out what is wrong with the XB. Intake leak. So, anyone got any intake gasket sealants they could recommend me to use?

I got about a 15 minute ride in today after picking up the 1125 from HCHD...I had the charging harness recall done. But family events prevented any additional riding. I hoping to get out on Sunday.

Anyone else around here riding tomorrow?

Wasn't too bad of a drive today, we just hit a light snow storm on and west of Monarch pass. I have never been to the Western slope of Colorado during the winter..so was nice.
Mental note though...Frank gets anzy and alittle grumpy in the car after a few hours...opps......its almost a 7 hour drive.
I guess alot for just a overnighter...but I really just wanted to get out of the house and this was my treat to Frank for supporting me through all of the looking for jobs and going to school stuff. We had a nice dinner, buffalo and rocky mountain oysters.

Ryan, I used the James sportster intake seals a few months ago...they seem to be much more durable than the stock ones.

Glad y'all got away for the weekend Lynn, you both needed it. Enjoy those RMOs.

I rode into Colorado Springs today, and the wind going back was horrendous. I'm not sure about riding tomorrow, it may depend on the weather.

We got the CR from the downstairs to the garage yesterday : ). It's incredibly windy here today so hoping it will calm down so we can get out today for a ride.

Beautiful pic's Frank and Lynn. That's such a beautiful part of Colo. We got together with my son, Skye, for Easter and had a nice ride down to Palmer Lake. Bumped into Roger, Scott and Brian.

Great looking group of Buellers. Julie, what Mac store does Skye work at? Does he get a commission on sales? If so I will arrange my computer buying habits accordingly. I know of a couple of CBR Bullers that are Macs...

Lynn and I wish we could of joined you but we had a great weekend even without riding. Of course I have been out in the garage modifying a XB gps mount to fit my S2T so it was not without turning a wrench on a Buell....

I hope everyone had a good Easter.

BTW: Lynn and I looked for RV camp grounds around Gateway and saw none however, Moab is most likely a different story.....

Hi Frank. Skye works at the one in Park Meadows and no, they don't get commission.

Dan just ordered a gps that he gets free thru his employer. He's already planning how and where to mount it on his TT.

There's a beautiful campground at Ridgeway that is outstanding. We're planning on staying there possibly several days this summer and doing rides all around that area and into Utah. The CR is an amazing bike and I can't wait to get it into the twisties out there. (I think I'm gonna like ((love)) this bike). Not sure when Dan's gonna get the chance to ride it. LOL : )

Where ya thinking and with what group of Buellers. Rte 24 to Florissant and down towards Cripple Creek then towards Hwy 9 and down towards Canon City????? That's a nice ride.

Sure, that is a nice ride.... Stop in Guffy (off route 9) for lunch.... I need to give the S2T a good shake down run before the S2 Gathering in May down in Texas...

Jody an I rode through Ridgeway last year. That is were we took a left and left civilization behind us.

We do not get the camper until June and will be picking it up at Homecoming....

Yeah, I remember Ridgeway.

I got a pair of used forks for the XB Frank! Next, I will order a belt from Al. I don't want to get my CR any where near the dirt, but I do want to get the XB back on the dusty gravel roads and explore some.

Maybe, if my economics get better I won't have to sell the XB. I don't really want to.

Frank,

I hope you guys had a good time on your getaway. When looking at your picture, the first thing that jumped to my mind was, "You suck." Hahahaha! I really liked it out there and hope to get over that way again soon for more than one night.

I've never been to Moab, but a buddy of mine is now the GM of a resort out that way, the Sorrel River Ranch Resort. I'm not sure what the prices are like, but I thought I might look into it for a ride weekend. Another friend moved up to Park City and I'm planning on riding up there with him sometime in May. He works at a resort up there, so hopefully I get the hookup. ; )

I decided that going to Georgia later this month isn't going to work, so I think I'm going to try to get down to Arizona for Bart's Springfast. If things go well, I might be able to get Anthony along with me. He's doing well with his SV650.

Jodi: If you still have that 9S when I scrounge up more cash, I'm still interested in it. I can't believe how many things I have competing for my dollars right now.

Cheers!
CJ

Gee, your CR get better looking all the time. Really like the color accents DAN is putting on it. We had a big turn out for are Bueller breakfast in Morrison today. I was going to join the guys for a ride to Palmer Lake but I had another afternoon commitment.

Frank, gotta question here. I'm trying to seal a freaking intake leak on my XB. I've been through 2 type of gaskets and none want to seal worth a darn. I just ordered a set of the Jame Intake gaskets. Any that have used them swear by them. Was wondering what you use or do when you mess with the intake?
