How was Sturgis? Riding the Rockies?
I've got all necessary harware for my iso fix. Hope to be ready to do that in a day or two, trying to get all the littlestuff done. "Easy Pull" makes clutch effort easier (tested in the garage only) should make riding in traffic and parking lot speeds more bearable.
Can I call you for assist on that iso job this weekend or early next week maybe?

Just got back today from Sturgis & Riding the Rockies. Man was that fun!

Maybe Tuesday night?
Gonna sleep a few hours in the morning and work on the bike in the afternoon. I printed the instr from that other site.
Tramp has an S2 which is a completely different job than the M2 so I haven't bothered to talk to him. Can use some help getting the bike up on some jack stands before removing the rear wheel.
I'll call tomorrow, Wednesday or Thursday will work too.

Once I get my shock back and installed I can use a hand getting the bike down from the jacks. Still waiting for parts...
I'm putting things together as much as I can so I can hopefully just bolt on the muffler and shock and be ready to ride.
I'll call Wednesday...
I'm filing down the flange on the gas cap to make it fit while on various breaks tonight. |

have a tracking number for the wheel, should arrive friday. do you have a front wheel lift? might ride it to my sisters and hang it in the garage to switch the wheel, her husband has chains attached to the ceiling for pulling engines and stuff.

Wish I could of gotten on-line sooner. Just bought a front wheel lift, if it won't work I'll be calling. Heading home to hopefully pull a wheel off and find my repaired wheel on the front step.
Shock is slated to arrive tomorrow, ups is usually by round' noon. Wheel and shock are all that remain undone, should be shock only this evening. Will need to set my belt tension when the new shock arrives, could just do a rough estimate and call it good I suppose, better to run loose anyway.
Need to talk about departure time for Colorado, When I talked to Jerry he said their arrival at 6pm was a pretty rough estimate.

I'm defenitelty gonna need to sleep, just got to bolt on my muffler and set my belt tension and my bike will be ready.
Maybe I should just try to meet you in Price or Green River.

I ended up riding to Mesquite, just couldn't pass up riding through that canyon.

Dave, did I see you with a Uly on Saturday? Looked like a HOG group for the most part. I'll be off this weekend, looks like rain is supposed to taper in frequency.
The race track is opening this weekend, I'm thinking of going out to watch...

[Hey Guys, How goes it? I am bored out of my mind down here damn I miss my bike. Well, I managed to get Badweb blocked by our Web Guru's at work... damn their smart sometimes. I made a stop down at the Henderson H-D to take a look at the 12SS.... it was very nice... I had to keep myself from drooling on the bike, definately my next purchase. I really wish you guys were coming further south for the Ferris run but I guess I'll just have to settle with it. Hope to ride with you guys when I get back, I still want to do that mirror lake run.
