No. The money we need by Dec. 28th is to secure the room rates and to get the banquet facility. There will be a cut off date for rooms, but it will be later than the 28th. | ||

btw, they've blocked 100 rooms for us....so far. They really are looking forward to this about as much as us. | ||

Hopefully the Paypal account will be up very soon so we can make this happen. As far as rooms. You call and let them know you're with Homecoming 2010. However, until we get this locked in, which depends on whether we make our dead line or not, I'd hold of on reserving a room. I'm hoping and praying we can lock it in MUCH sooner than the end of December. | ||

As Rocco has said. The best thing to do for everyone to do as of now. Is to wait till we have the Pay Pal posted so everyone can commit to the dinner. As soon as we get the dinner locked. If we can't lock it the room rate is then not locked. So please you guys get your dinner taken care of. The rest will then fall into place. | ||

Happy Thanksgiving all! Just a quick question, and please excuse it if it's a "dumb" question, but I must ask because I don't know the answer...what type of music does Erik's band play? Are they a cover band? Do they do originals? Do they do both? Rock? Classic Rock? Heavy Buell Metal?  | ||

They do mostly SRV type music. Covers and original. I think all that have never seen them play will be surprised..in a good way | ||

Lemon, We have to fill X amount of people for the Banquet dinner by the end of December. If we get that number the rooms will be locked at that rate. Then Alpine will set a date for deadline for Resort reservations for the rooms. As of right now we have time. What we don't have time for is the Banquet dinner. So when everyone see's the PayPal account on the homecoming please reserve your dinner in advance as quickly as you can. | ||

some new info on the homecoming site. We are taking money order, personal and cashiers checks for those not wanting to use Paypal. Unfortunately we are still waiting for the Paypal account to get going. Hopefully it will be up soon, or I fear we may not have enough time left for this to work. |
