Any interest? National Amateur Championship, so a good variety of machines.

I went on Saturday and rode my 12S. I went down to Northfield and then west to New Ulm. There were a number of Sportster engined bikes and the Evo ones had front heads with threaded bosses on the front, just like our fave bike. There was one gen-u-wine Tuber based bike, too. On the fairly open two-lanes going over, my throttle stuck open a few timesand I found I was cruising above 80. I usually managed to wrestle it down to 'better' speeds.

The fastest up the hill were just so smooth. A great spectator sport!
