Shows up on every piece of print they put out...
Answer: for better quality!
Don't get me wrong...they have some decent stuff in some categories...just be careful what you buy from them...sometimes the cheap stuff isn't worth being cheap about if it's something you're going to use all the time and have sensitive issues...like "will this thing be reliable to hold up my bike?"
But then...going to the store is always fun...walk in with $50 bucks and walk out with all kinds of new stuff to clutter your workbench with!
It's better than going to the porn shop...you get to actually use these tools! |

I don't like "China-freight".
that said,the $900 Snap-On wanted for my engine hoist was prohibitively expensive."China-Freight" charged less than $200. Perfect for the occasional use.Still in brand new condition and i can hoist ANY cycle.Any way i choose.

As a machinist,i bought the Ducati initially to LEARN the engine tech.I'm a tinkerer.I have been successful in my endeavor.
I'm not sure which comes first for me as a passion,machining/wrenching...or riding.
can't deny the status symbol thing.I've got a few successful engine builds. |

I had a GREAT X1 ride in today to Franklin through Manville for breakfast and a new FUN road.
West Wrentham road across Diamond hill road and onto West st.Twisty.Fun ride home too ,X1 runs great.Oil tight. |

On the Harbor freight Engine lift I bought one this spring works great. If anyone wants one I am packing up and moving again and I will gladly sell it at a reduced price just so i have more room/less weight (She is HEAVY) in the trailer for more important things and will buy another when i "settle" in.
