I am having the worse experience with the dealer. They quote a price and then once the bike is ready they give you a totally different price. Then they want to charge a storage fee if you dont pick it up. Then you have to wait a long time to get the bike fixed. If you have a choice in places to go, choose somewhere else!!!!

I've brought 2 bikes from them and I can say that I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with these guys, both on the sales and service side. I purchased a maintenance package from them that ensured that I got free regular maintenance on my bike. It entitled me to get priority service.

Nuttin but good words for those guys.

Assuming you are speaking of the one on Harlem I had a good experience there as well.
