Dyna...Was just teasing you on the "Pub" locations for meetings. I have never seen you drink an alcoholic beverage or smoke and found some irony in your suggestion. LOL |

I agree with Naughty, it's the officers and the fact that they respect everyone, INCLUDING the women and are very supportive of them !! They encourage them to ride and the guys are very, very supportive of getting their S/O's into biking on their own, that's what some clubs lack !! Oh and also we're all such loveable, extremely good looking, wonderful people, what's NOT to love !! CJ

He also wasn't at the last meeting as there was a varied beverage selection in an open cooler full of ice. I had a cola and a root beer, honest. I do remember something about watching a video too. Funny that they didn't have a hand signal for tailgaters. |

Plus that whole knuckle cracking thing causing arthritis is an urban legend, like you can trade your cow for a magic bean or that eating lead paint chips makes you not smart. Hey Dyna, you were all invited to free beer at the Rock Bottom not too long ago! We'll let you know next time. It's right around the corner from the best cigar shop in the midwest if you go for that kind of thing, real actual cigars that is not metaphorical ones. The kind you wrap your lips around and... ah crap... pretend I edited that last part out. |

Well I have a job interview in Sturtevant next Tuesday so I won't have to get a ride from you Blastin, thanks for the offer, now to let the Newfie thread know that I need to downgrade my condition to 75% again... |

If the cow eats the magic bean during the transaction, who gets to keep the items? And if it's decided to wait and see what happens, will the former bean owner be charged a processing fee once it reappears in modified format? And if the new modified bean owner then decides to cancel the transaction exactly what is the process to restore all items to their original condition, and if not possible what would a fair settlement be? These questions and more await the job applicant in Sturtevant. Seriously, wishing you good success on your upcoming interview. If it's what you want I hope you get it. |

I got me some mad computer skillz, I just hope my nihongo is up to par. I freakin' got a haircut and shaved and everything. I am practically repecatable looking. Donut- If I get the job you know what shot I'm getting us. |

Ya know what, it is not just the girls we have good officers...ever think of that Ummm would that mean that Brew City has bad ones??? Dyna...Was just teasing you on the "Pub" locations for meetings. I have never seen you drink an alcoholic beverage Gotta be in the mood, plus I dont drink when I am on the bike. Not a good mixture for anyone, its a rule of mine. Hell I am going out after work tomorrow with a number of folks from work, plant manager, some Customer service folks, etc etc. Wont get ripped, but will have a couple. Dull, Johnson wax is excellent if you can actually get in there. Best of luck. And free beer at Rock Bottom sounds good, but then I have that 40 minute trip home..unless I crash at either of my daughters places. One lives in West allis, the other in Greenfield. Couple months ago the wife & I had a few of their Micro Brews, one of em was nasty as all hell. I think it had the word Goose in it. Horrible shit. And cigars? Blehh...no thanks. Not into smoking anything, never have & never will. |

And she didn't either!!! Both have good officers. Over the last year or so, I have watched Uke's Club grow and Brew City flounder a bit due to career and personal reasons. Both are great groups and I firmly believe that with the current trend towards melding the two is a great move. Seems like every time there is a Buell function in SE Wisconsin, both are called upon to help with the events. Therefore, even though they have separate identities, more interaction between the two can only help unify the local Buell population and make these events a success for both those traveling long distances to participate and the Kingdom of Buell. Keep the ball rolling. You all are headed in a positive direction. |

Ya know what, it is not just the girls we have good officers...ever think of that I will repeat this here along with this one Never said anything about the officers of brew city I said Ukes seems to finally be getting their shit together & is doing pretty well. Naughty summed up that maybe its their officers. If you extrapolate that, then you could gather that Brew city has bad officers since the club isnt doing so well. Note..im not personally saying either group has bad officers, although I do think Brew Citys could use a little more inter action between members other than the once a month notice about the next meeting. Either come up with some ides & implement them or delegate others to do like wise. As I said before it doesnt all have to revolve around a damn bike. I gave ideas earlier..& thats all they were is ideas & yet not 1 person has said a damn thing. Sure we could plan a ride & then invariably half the people wont show up & of those who do, someone will either crash, or their bike will break down..& yes the last 2 times I have been involved with rides someone had those happen to them. Makes for a miserable day for everyone. Yet tell the group..hey lets plan a golf outing, or charter a boat for the day & they look at you like your nutz. Either you want to be multi faceted & have fun as a group or you want to be stagnant & hope someone plans a ride for a day your off..not too far from your house...that will stop at your favorite bar..& rides the same bike as you.

since the club isnt doing so well. I think the club is doing fine, it may not be what your looking for or need, but it's got it's good points !! I gave ideas earlier..& thats all they were is ideas & yet not 1 person has said a damn thing. Am I not someone ?? I said: You want to get together more in those respects, shoot just post some invitations here !! and: Hey, I was at the bike show mikej said: at the last meeting as there was a varied beverage selection in an open cooler full of ice. Dull said: Rock bottom has a free "Mug Club". Dull or I will post when the next tapping is. All are welcome. Either come up with some ides & implement them or delegate others to do like wise. I believe I did try to delegate with the following comment: I nominate Dyna as Social Director !!! What exactly are you looking for ?? Maybe we can't make you happy, but it's not because we aren't trying !! As for the rides that Makes for a miserable day for everyone that's just part of biking, it happens sometimes. Most people make the best of it and they aren't ALL miserable !! CJ
