The KCMOB and SLAB are invading Arkansas this coming weekend (Sept 19, 20, and 21st). Anyone interested in joining us is more than welcome. I know it is short notice, but the more the merrier!

We are going to set up base at the Iron Horse Stables near Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The KCMOB is camping there for the weekend. Here is the info:

Iron Horse Stables
4033 Hwy 62W
Berryville, AR 72616
1-479-253-0440
www.ironhorsestables.com

The Members of SLAB will be getting rooms at:

Wagner Inn
Hwy 62, East
3064 E. Van Buren
Eureka Springs, AR 72632
1.800.235.7639?

The plan is:

Arrive in the Eureka Springs area sometime around 5 or 6. (Heather and I should be arriving mid afternoon, if anyone is interested in arriving earlier) Ride a bit and find a nice place to eat. Saturday we are planning on riding all day. This should included Push mountain Rd and several others that our tour guides Shazam, Frank, and Racerboy have put together. Sunday Ride, get lunch, and head home.

I know its short notice, but if anyone is interested in joining us please email myself or Shazam. We?ll get you our home and cell numbers to help with any accomodations that we can.

I did take monday off though, my boss tried to talk me out of it but I wouldn't budge. I might go do some dirt riding.

Hey Waterloo...

Check out the S.E.W.E.R. thread in StormFronts.

We are starting to get some interest and have a tentative meeting/ride scheduled for next weekend.

Read the posts, and respond which day would be best for you. Then during the week, jot down your thoughts on the venture and bring them with you to the ride.

Oh yeah, and don't forget to bring a friend regardless of brand. All we ask is that they be good safe riders and be Buell Tolerant since even Buell admits we can't keep up in the straights. LMAO

Don't feel bad if you can't make it do to the short notice and geographically undesirable location. You are most certainly among the riders targeted to be participants in S.E.W.E.R., most of the rides will be in your back yard next year and we most assuredly want your input.

Dave-
Thanks for the invite but I have tickets to go see the Cyclones get beat again.
By the time we get back I probably won't be up to too much partying.
Ask Ralph to bring his guitar, he can do a concert for you guys.

Folks, the motorcycle show is around the corner, i again plan to do a group purchase, but i have decided to move it up a bit this year(last year was to close for comfort), so here is the deal, EMAIL ME THE AMOUNT OF TICKETS YOU WOULD LIKE(dont post email i will not look on all the boards to see if you want tickets, email me got it) i will respond, once the tickets are in, you get me the payment plus postage if there is any and we are set, the tickets will be ordered on jan 15th, no later , the show info is:

http://chi.motorcycleshows.com/imschi/V40/index.cvn

Tickets are $10, plus postage or maybe i will be invited to drop off the tickets, that can be worked out, but i am not dropping tickets of in green bay

I just got off the phone with Sean from Edge Racing. We have TRACK DAYS!

BlackHawk Farms
Aug 23rd ? they may be racing, stay tuned for updates on this.

Oct 4th this will be the Monday after the Crud Run!
The dates at BlackHawk are very important as Edge has never done a track day there before. I am hoping to bring in at least 25 riders from Badweb for these dates!

Heartland Park- Topeka Kansas

May 10th

July 5th

4 dates to be determined at Brainerd, they will be the Mondays following CRA race weekends.

As always, I can sign you up over the phone with a credit card.
Or, you can go online to www.edgeracing.net and sign up there. Just mention that you heard it from me! I need to keep my #1 track day pimp status!

Dave,
Are you still looking at the track outside of omaha? Those are quite a ways for me. What exactly do you do at track days? I'm no where near ready to race around a track at very high speeds. What kind of riding gear do I need? I have an FXRG Harley nylon riding jacket with the internal rubber parts at the elbows, shoulders, and 2 in the back. I also have a new full face helmet.
thanx,
g u s

We may still do 1 or 2 at MAM but the track people have been jerking Sean around so we have decided to do most of our days elsewhere.
Topeka won't be too far for you.

You will need different gear to do a track day, full leathers, 2 peice will work as long as they zip together, gloves that cover your wrists, boots at least 8" tall, they can be lace up if you tape the laces.

Hope you will join us!

Ride to the edge!
