I'll let you know the next time I'm heading up there. I know it is pricey and with me getting laid off soon I probally won't be able to go often either. Not like I do go all that often as it is but I want to raise my ProScore and I'd like to cut my lap times down at least get in the "top times of the week" on the score sheets. Plus there is track 6 the one we didn't race on that I'd like to try. I will send you those pictures, we've got some good ones. E-mail me your e-mail to Warbirdz81@aol.com and I'll send you the pics.

Hope you all had a good weekend. I took the Blast for a spin on Sunday. It felt so good to be out there riding. I need to know who is interested in going to Indy and how many hotel rooms we will need. I am going to get going on it this week. Please let me know if you want to go.

Any one have an extra set of mirrors for a XB laying around or after market ones for sale? I picked up a xb12s and its not legal without mirrors and I want to ride.

I got the M2 Cyclone all cleaned up yesterday, took it for the first ride of the season today to shake it down after the winter everything is good so I'm taking it to work tomorrow. Glad to be out again myself.

I did end up riding to work yesterday and it was awesome, nice to be back riding again this summer is going to be filled with a lot of riding time. Hope to get back out there soon!

Yesterday I took the Uly out for its first ride of the season (hadn't been started since November- Yikes!). It was so great.

It was first time I rode the Uly and my '82 R100RT on the same day. I knew they were different of course, but the depth of difference was AMAZING. Wow! I used to dream of assembling a vintage collection, but the Uly has me so spoiled that I just can't see getting any more vintage bikes.

Hey Guys,

That Instructor led class and track day coming up in April. Does anyone have any information on that? The website is a year old.

Oh, the riding has been nice. Riden to work several times. Still need to get the GA tag off the bike and get my paper work completed for IL. They need the stinking purchase documentation for the tag.

Dana, Coun't me in for an Indy ticket and room. I agree to make plans soon, set a deadline for those interested.

I've been two wheel commuting as well.

Jeff, new mirrors are not expensesive, but check e-bay, sometimes you find some there.

Mike, if I remember right the DMV wasn't very strict on that documentation. I seem to recall just making one for myself, and it was handwritten. You may NOT need the original bill of sale. Got the title in your name?

We meet the first Thursday at IL H-D/Buell in Oak Park at 7pm.

Our dues are $10/year. That includes pizza/pop/beer at every meeting along with donated prizes from the dealership, i.e., oil filters/oil, shirts, handlebar grips, etc. Sometimes the oil & filters are used, but it's the thought that counts. lol

The patches are great! Kurt is picking up some for me as sadly I will not make a club meeting until June. Speaking of June, who else is going to Homecoming? I am planning on doing the weekend and the track day the following Monday. I should have my trailer set up by then for at least one other bike perhaps two more so if anyone is interested let's get the plans finalized.
