Hey maybe I can help.
try double click on your pic
then try to resize to web small
they have to be about 448x336 or they wont work.
have your my pictures open and click on the pic you want
then open bwb and upload attachment
then browse and you need to find the pic and click on it and upload then close

let me know if that helps

What program are you (or others) using to open and upload PICS? I have photo journaled my mods and want to share them but...I can't upload any pics! BadWeb says too large even though I have sized them to "web small, 448-336" with Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
F*#K, F*#K, F*#K!!!!!!!! I hate computers!!!!!

Oooops.

Not there anymore. Any compression software should do.

Use XAT, it's free and works very well.
Real easy to use too.
The MS one sucks....
Remember, it's not just size (dimensions) its also the file size.
I try to keep mine below 250K and no larger than 800 x 600.

Here is what I did;
1. Open the picture that you want using the program that you normally use. I use Windows Photo Gallery.
2. Right click the picture, "open with" Microsoft Picture Manager.
3. Click "Picture" tab on top.
4. Select "resize".
5. Click "pre-defined width x height
6. Select "web small"
7. Click OK
8. Save the file, I save as web small because you can just resize it if you want later.
Hope it works for you.

BTW...it is just like Mnrider said earlier in the post. I just didn't "Save" the Pic after I hit "OK".

Better yet, use a jpg resizer like XAT.
The results are better and the picture smaller.
