Good luck Mark. I always like to play Black Jack at the cheap table. Free drink and I usually can hold my own. No riches true, but I still have some money when I get home.
Dang the Ducati girls weren't there when me and tiffany looked at them. Her three faverite bikes were ninja500, Buell cityx, and Ducati 696 Monster. She sat on several dozen I belive. I liked the Monster also not bad for $8999 msrp. Had a great time first one I've been to. I will go back. We spent 5 hr there and her legs started to hurt walking on concrete.
I'm home sick today and have been playing with google maps. When I was in Holbrook, AZ I drove by the wigwam motel. It's obviously the inspiration for the movie "Cars." If you've ever seen the movie, you'll recognize mater in this shot:

So now that I have all the parts, does anyone know where I could borrow the Sporty clutch spring compression tool so I can replace the clutch (for the 2nd time in nearly 117,000 miles) on my S2?

not to completely change subjects but just wanted to say hey to everyone. I haven't been on in quite sometime. hope everybody has been safe and on two wheels.
I'm gonna ignore your post! That is way too tempting...
So, anyone and everyone interested. What's going on for the Daytona 200? Any viewing party? I don't have Speed (honest, officer!), but if nothing else I can go to a buddy from work's house. Or meet another buddy at the Full Moon Saloon (truly an experience...)
Mr. Nance, Sportymark is a darn good suggestion! Don't know why I didn't think of that one. If he ain't got it, he's got the connections to get it.
Well the weather sucks which means it's time to plan the next ride. Looks like I am going to make a run to mountains next weekend. According to the 10-day forecast, it will be 70°F and sunny next weekend here and 60°F with a 30% chance of rain up in the mountains. That's a heck of a lot better than this weekend.
Carlos, I was thinking of doing the same thing. The piedmont might get up to seven inches tonight. Looks like another day on the couch watching movies.
As ecstatic as I am to hear of this I did a little research and this wasn't Jordan's first win at Daytona this year! Friday's results show: Amateur GTO: 1. Jordan Richardson, Buel 1125; 2. Javier Vazquez, Suzuki 750; 3. James Cohrs, Yamaha 600
Although not as impressive as handing a 1098 it's singlesided swingarm, a WIN is still a WIN!
WAY TO GO JORDAN!!!
Just goes to show the results one gets with the right tool for the job!
Good time to be a Buell RACING enthusiast, no? 1313
