Tom (Dullorb)...I checked your Brew City Website today and would like to congratulate you on a job well done. The 2004 calendar is fantastic and very comprehensive. However, you may want to remove the Milwaukee Rally from your schedule until the dealers agree on a date. Current report from Kirk, via KMC HOG, is that they are looking at August. The following is the website that you can follow for updated info on the Rally: http://www.milwaukeerally.com/Index_Start.asp In essence, without the pressure of the 20th/100th this year, the HOG State Rally and Pin Stops in August it looks like the dealers are free to pick a better date (weatherwise) for the Rally. Go figure! Is only the Third Annual and they are changing policy already. |

On the Humorous Side, perhaps this years Milwaukee Rally won't coincide with Pride Fest and the Lil Rump Riders can carouse the town in peace for a piece! |

Blastin', Finally dug my way to the back of the storage unit and found the trailer hub/bearing assembly. If I make it to the meeting on Thursday I'll bring it along with me. Brand new and still in the original box. MudJ. |

YO Bill!! You were asking about the Milwaukee Rally right? I just got the new HOG tails & it lists the Rally as July 15-18th. Supposed to have the demo fleet there. |

Dyna...Thanks. Now I can start planing my summer rides. FYI, the date was still up in the air a few weeks ago. Just checked the Milwaukee Rally and State Fair Park websites and it still isn't posted. Looks like Dullorb can now update the Brew City website. Think he had last years dates plugged in. Easy to do considering the "fine print" on the Rally's website. That can cause blindness quicker than that thing your folks warned you about. |

I just think its weird that HOG tails has it in print, yet the website cant even be updated. I guess they feel folks dont need time to plan or anything? |

Best thing about the Milwaukee rally is it's free, Im a little suprised they dont try & charge us something like...oh say $75!!! PS, dont waste your time with those vip pass deals they sold last year. Well unless you like parking your bike in the infield where every drunk can stumble & knock your bike over. |

Dyna...I can't stop the LMAO thing right now. Last year's Milwaukee Rally and this years Buell homecoming are on the same week. From what I remember, last year the Rally was almost rained out. Wonder what the Farmer's Almanac says about this year? Oh well, this is Wisconsin and like they say "if you don't like the weather, wait 20 minutes." |

I know with the weather around here lately, there is no way in hell I would plan any big events for may or june. |

Oh well, at least Buell Riders wear full face helmets. Ergo the rain should not present a problem. |

Unless they are on one of the numerous XB's that has problems with running in the rain. |

I went the last year on the rain day. I parked the car outside on the street and we walked around through the vendor tents. It was just a light drizzle and allowed us easy access to all the vendors. I also had the VIP pass and enjoyed it very much. I felt better about parking my bike inside then leaving it near the street, unsecured, where any drunk could also bump into it. In true Harley fasion, I wnt to leave last year and as I was walking back to my bike there were 3 couples slamming their drinks. Then they hopped on their bikes and drove off. I decided to wait an axtra five minutes before pulling. I had no intentions of being near them on the road. P.S. my Tuber runs great in the rain! Even on 100 mile trips. |

Just teasing about the rain thing. As all us Cheeseheads know, the weather is the least predictable thing we have here. LOL Can't speak for any other Buell's, but my X1 handles fantastic in the rain. The geometry makes it stable and predictable. The engine and brakes make it safe and easy to control. Simply one of those times when a V-Twins torque rules over an inline 4's horsepower.

"Please don't forget to bring your national BRAG cards. " Why? What if we haven't renewed for 2004 yet? Will a video be shown? I thought there was one floating around somewhere. Planning on being there, but an argumentative garage door may have me otherwise occupied. Sucks when something breaks when running almost late for work in the morning. |

Dyna...Just read that HOG has the WI State Rally in Chippawa Falls on August 20th to 27th. Also noted that HOG has a National Round Up and Pin Stop in West Bend on August 4th to 7th with demo rides. Have been to the State Rally before, but WTF is a National Round Up? I found Pin stops on the HOG portion of HD's website but not the other. Any input will be greatly appreciated. |

Dullorb...Just a note to let you know that your dates for both the Milwaukee Rally and SummerFest are 2003 dates. The Milwaukee Rally should be July 15 to 18 and SummerFest is June 24 to July 4. When HOG/BRAG night is has yet to be announced. |
