Got no idea, not a lot though, and then there were the California versions with their own VIN issues. Check the recent S2 VIN thread where Bartimus is generously maintaining a list of seekers of Signature Series documentation for hints on how many might have been produced.
Or wait 10 seconds to 10 hours and some of the more number-specific people will probably post with a complete breakdown of numbers produced in 1995 and 1996 broken down into color and destinations both foreign and domestic. As much as I'd like to, I don't have access to that database of information. Sorry.

Post a pic of yours when you can and add it to your profile. Sounds like a nice bike.

I like it. Picked it up with 2500 miles on it. I think I got a good deal at $5000 even for it, plus finacing and such.

Be careful with the Rain-X. On some helmets it will permanently fog the shield. Or at least used to. Hopefully all the manufacturers have their act together & it doesnt happen anymore.

I tried one of those fog-free inserts that stick to the inside of the helmet once. Gave all the lights at night a weird rainbow effect at times. Psychodellic, so I stopped using it.

Rain ain't nuttin compared to a good snow fall :D

I got stuck in a mid-spring snow fall going over Vail Pass in Colorado. It was raining in the valley but snowing like a motha' on top of the pass. I have some pictures somewhere. I stopped at a rest area to get my nerves back before heading down the other side.

I hope to never get stuck in that situation again. The worst "pucker" factor of my life.

Amazing how much naugahyde an average sphincter can suck up in the snow and ice.

Flaming Gorge, Utah, summer of 1972. 650 Triumph. Hailstorm. Open-face helmet. T-shirt.

Bad scene. Very bad.

If it hadn't been for the psychedelics, I doubt we could have kept riding...if I had Court's talent, I could spin you a tale.

Angeles Crest north of LA...almost every winter for 30 years. Ugly on crotch rocket. Hilarious on dual purpose bike. Think one purpose was vertical and the other horizontal.

Went running the fire trails one winter with a friend. Did great till the last jump and found ourselves sliding downhill on a snow patch with the collective mud puddle at the bottom. Didn't know it was there and the only way out was back up the hill. Ever see a Mud Brown Michelin Man?

Dullorb...Get a new helmet! Understand the old one doesn't work so good on cold wet days. Need to think of your own safety. Let the FNG, er, I mean Doughnut have your old one. Bwahahaha!!!

I bought one of those no-fog inserts for my helmet and it works great. If you need a new helmet, check out www.motodepot.com or www.motorcyclesuperstore.com They always have great closeout sales on helmets. I went to Don and Roy's Cycle city to try them on then bought one online at half the price.

Go for Helmet House and the new Shoei RF-1000. You will be pleasantly amazed. That is unless you are fortunate enough to be small headed enough to fit an Arai!!!

Some clearance models available also from my supplier.

Doughnut...That would be a correct assumption. Never met you but you come highly recommended by Tom and he is a lot of fun. Ergo...You must be as well.

I recieved a small thank you gift from Racine H-D. Some mixed nuts and candies in the mail. They called my a couple of weeks ago to see if I was happy with the bike so far as well. Is this fairly normal of other dealers too?

Not a common practice to the best of my knowledge. Might just be a holiday thing. Although, I imagine most dealers have a way of following up with recent buyers.

Tom...Tom who??? LOL Yeah, he is a nice enough fellow. Have enjoyed the few times we have met.

Dumb question for you. How come you picked Doughnut for a screen name? Officer of the Law in search of...
