Wow... So much to read since last week Tuesday.

1. I am excited to see Thursday meetings for the group, that is pretty cool to be willing to try that.

2. Sorry to read that Daves hasn't become Buell director at Hal's yet, but we can always hope.

3. Glad to hear the party went good. I hope you all toasted the creation and death of "the Patch". I will keep the atrwork, I was very proud of it.

4. I hope CJ enjoyed her date...

5. I too have been less then enthusiastic about Hal's counter people. I feel that they just have too many customers to deal with, it's not really their fault. Appleton Harley may not carry a lot of Buell stuff, but their service staff is best/friendliest in the state and that means a lot!

6. Isn't it ironic I also bought my bike in Iowa? Must be a good place for buells. Maybe we should all move to Iowa and start a Buell community, kinda like the Ommish, but with a battletrax corse in the center of town! We can get the government to pay for it by saying we have been oppressed by somebody...

Well, that's all for now...

Better not call it a BattleTrax course though, we'll call it a RiderEducationCenter, REC for short. Wait, uh, that might not be so good. Let's see, how about Skills Training Activity Course, STAC, hmmm, okay, Corner Manipulation Program, CMP, not so good. Okay, never mind.
Rider Improvement Network Training Is Never Too Intensive Now, RinTinTin. Yep, that works. We could call it "walking the dog" to confuse the legal bean counters and warranty devoiders.

I still think we should all get together (stop laughing) and buy out Excelsior, Indian, Cannondale, KTM, and the original Buell Motor Company design rights to the original Buell 2-stroker. Then we could set up a couple of factories, one down in southwest WI in road appleville where new products would be unveiled each spring and fall at the crud run, another in way western Colorado (I already have the location sighted and picked out) for regular access to dry lake beds and twisty mountain roads, and where we could invade the yearly BWM gatherings with additional product offerings, and another factory way out and down east for those in the flatlands with access to the Blue Ridge Road ripperville test beds, and a final factory up in the NorthWet (got a site there picked out as well) for a yearly proving grounds for wet weather roadability and seasonal semi-cold weather testing.

Basically, I'm just rambling again.
Carry on.

Umm... I had asked you about Dana's rims earlier. Otherwise, I could use a touch-up bottle of Volcano Grey paint for my 2002 M2

MikeJ...You are really on a roll today. Between your Ministerial Post and this one, I need to take two aspirin and wake up another day!

Wow, you must really be fun at a 60's style party.

Dana's wheels...Hmmm, let's see.

Oh yeah, we all chipped in to buy them and have them placed in the Motorcycle Hall of Shame. They would be enshrined amongst all things that Bling.

Just kidding. I know nothing.

My first trial by fire, (or water as the case may be). Rain hurts at 65 mph.

It was worth it though. I got my touch-up paint and ordered a piece of trim and owner's manuel from Hal's.

All right, Doughnut!!! You are one of the seasoned bikers now. Well, at least rode hard and put away wet. LOL

Now get a full face helmet and forget the rain sting thing.

Sad thing is I have a full-face. Could not see out of it. I blame Dullorb, it is his helmet.

Figgers...Next time use RainEx, crack the shield open about 1/4" and breathe slowly through your nose. Will add a new "high" to your life but it works!

I had the shield cracked a little. Was breathing through my mouth, trying to blow downward. I think I have a bottle of Rainex somewhere. Bet I won't find it until I buy a new one though.

The last digits are usually sequential. They may not always equate to an exact sequential number though due to a variety of reasons.
