I just need to let the wife know there will be someone around the shed snooping...lol I think there is a shifter in there, but the bolt snapped off, just need to get it out of the threads...... I passed one of their trucks on the way to Manchester, NH the other day... BUT, I need to have the exhaust on the Sporty re-coated... so, if you find a place before I do, lemme know... I went 3 rounds (out of 5) in the Streetfigher bracket race at New England Dragway yesterday.... That is tied for 4th out of close to 30 bikes. There is something about a six hour ride in the truck trying to piece my dignity back together! We came into a right hand sweeper and Casey's bike went right out from under him...I was in the clear until he bounced right in front of me...some how I steered harder into the turn with the brakes jacked up and missed him...he starte sliding to the outside of the corner (finally) and then he is was right in front of Jeff...Jeff swerved right also trying to not launch himself over Casey and ended up in the hill on the left - he didn't go down so much as just into the hill. I want to have my headers and race pipe ceramic coated this winter. I had my headers done by a small company out of CT and I wish I had spent the extra $$$ on sending them to JetHot. Casey? My first day on the job was pretty cool.THey gave me a really cool Kennedy roll around chest stocked orderly with most tools.One way trip there is about 45-55 minutes.
