Saw a 1125CR today going down 217. I caught up with him at paradise and saw it up close. Nice bike but I like the R better. There is just something odd about the PODS without the front fairing.
He bought it from Paradise three weeks ago just as they got it in. Must be the fist and only one in the Portland area. I know Latus has not received any yet or at least put out on the floor.
I also saw the 09 firebolt and XB12ss in transparent blue. |

Got my Re-flash Yesterday. City traffic cruising shows a 7-10 mpg increase on the instant display.
I can also cruise at 25 mph in 2nd without surging. |

Bike is looking good. Your muffler mod makes a huge difference in the look, and hopefully the "exhaust note".
I'm feeling some moto=power envy these days with my little XB9 and all you folks with more oomph. |

Yeah the club man bars. They are pretty aggressive. They put you in the same riding position as the R. |

Went to Bob Yamaha today to check out some leathers. Found some that I think I might be able to afford within the next three months.
While we were there they had the Metal militia motor Cross bikes team out there doing jumps and back flips across the ramps. Pretty cool to see standing 10 feet away. My wife was amazed by it.
Pretty amazing seeing these guys jump 20 - 30 feet in the air while hanging off there their bikes. |

The bars feel great on CR when you can ride each bike over the same road. I am waiting for throttle cables to install the superbike bar kit. A red CR should be in stock the couple days. Come see me. Slim Dave @ Latus. |

I just ordered the clubmans for my Blast along with new grips and bar end mirrors. They were $139. Should be in on friday. I will post some pics when I get them on.
I think they would look pretty good on an S1 too. |

I just contacted HMF and they are willing to send and help with tuning and promoting the 1125 pipe. This is a slip-on and easy to install. Est. power 133hp. Sounds good and saves weight. We have the igntion controller in stock to use with it. |

I ordered the black anodized aluminum 1125 CR clubmans. It's a mouthful but they look sweet!
I am hoping to black out my Blast (most likely with a powdercoat)so these are a good start and one less part to pay for. |

dave, is this a Latus ignition controller or is it one that Buell sales for race only?
I would be really interested in seeing the pipe up close. When do you expect getting it in and who's lucky bike will be running it? I volunteer by the way. |

The pipes are built to order and takes approximately 7 days plus shipping time.
The controller is by our specs. I will have dyno time before and after pipe install. Plus putting on road time. We want to find out how the Buell system reacts to self mapping. |

That pipe looks good, an improvement in "sporty-ness" over the OE piece.
Also, the stripes treatment on cooler pods really helps the bike.
Swede, I'm jealous of that motor. Now I'm really gonna get smoked at trackdays. |

Mark, the motor is real sweet now with the new Flash. The first few weeks it was a little jerky feeling but not anymore.
I am taking it on a 600 -700 mile RT next weekend to Eastern OR so I will see how it does on fuel. I think it may be pretty close to my old XB. |

Mmmm...black billet/anodized/powdercoated instrument panel. That is a thought. I have enough space, might as well fill it up with something.
