Not a damn thing wrong with that logo. Screw em, keep using it. As Dennis said, what are they gonna do kick the club out? Wouldnt that look real sweet? Kick out the club that was a major part of the Buell 20th deal.

Petty ass bs like this is what causes moral to drop. Why work for Brag & help the casue if all they want to do is pull some political bs on you?

Mike, so long as you are a national member of either HOG or Brag then you can join any chapter of either group.

Course right now with the bs leadership skills that this peggy is exhibiting, why bother with Brag at all?

No comment concerning BRAG and the Patch issue. Had plenty of action plans listed but wisely erased them. The bottom line isn't Brew City BRAG, it is Hal's needing to conform to HD's regulations.

You simply must become accustomed to vacillating CYA moves if you play with the Big Dog's. Just hope the club didn't get screwed financially as a result of this apparent error in the Ivory Tower.

Perhaps in the redesign, you may want to consider a patch like Spidey's BattleTwins. No BRAG on it at all.

We did thank her and we were glad she had come. If you were there you could tell she really wasn't happy about having to tell us about the patches. And she really is hoping to help us have a good time and strengthen the club. I really don't know to much about the patches approval, I do remember it took a lot of effort from other people and a couple months to find a pattern eveyone liked and get it finished. And also it was a sharp looking patch, I hate to see it go because it is really sharp looking but (with apologies to Dennis and Koz) from talking with her I can see that the club stands to gain a lot more by working with BRAG than it loses from the patch. Who knows maybe we can even get them to change their minds about the design.

Lots of changes in flux, but a new year is coming, so forge on ahead and damn the past, pick up the ball and run, rah rah sis boom bah, go BRAG go, rah rah, let's get rrrrrrrrready to riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide, and all that stuff.

Okay, got that out of my system, but the cubicle neighbors are looking at me funny now, oh well.

Anyway, on to new business, was an April ride or March ride tentatively scheduled again? Or will the May SlimeyCrudRun be the first official unofficial post-patch-ban ride/run?

Mike...Jerry already answered that in his post meeting report. Info as follows:

2.The ride/activity 2004 schedule was talked through and will be typed up all pretty-like and available in December or most likely January. Saturday as well as Sunday rides/events were scheduled. Several local day rides as well as 1 or 2 weekend rides, like Wildcat Mnt.. Battletrax dates will be added when they become available.

Yes Mike, We scheduled a "Shake the Rust-Off" ride in late March and a "Shake the Rust-Off II" in Apri. I don't know the dates off hand, but we'll get the schedule out. Being that early in the year, they are subject to weather and road conditions. Two years ago we decided to cancel the ride in March because it was kind of hard to see through the ice accumilating on the visor. Last year we had a great day, roads were crappy. So we just took a leisurley lunch ride.

as an honorary member (thorn in the side) I nominate Dyan to take and distribute the minutes . . . .

seriously, we had a similar conversation in WIndy City a couple of years agao, and the discussion fell into two camps . . .. .

camps the first -- those that did not attend regularly wanted minutes taken and distributed

camp the second -- those that did attend regualrly didn't care if minutes were taken

given the nature of the space time continuum, it appeared that camp the second would be responsible for seeing to the desires of campt the first . . .. in this case, camp the second declined the honor
