Well as you can see in the first pic my S-3, yes I know it was in desguise with the cyclone headlamp assembly and windscreen,has a stealth motor on the frame well I took that off the buell and swapped it with the conventinal v twin from my sporty | ||

That bike looks good! What did you get out of order? Richie, Skydiving plastered? I thought that was why they brought the beer truck out to Couch Freaks, so we could all get plastered and jump out of perfectly good airplanes...Kinda takes the edge off!  BTW: I have never tried that one, and been to CF 7 years in a row! Sam are you having a get together this evening or was I hallucinating when I read something of the sort? | ||

To ALL KCMOBBERS,I am suggesting we move our weekly night of meeting and shooting the bull to Thursday nights,instead of Wed.We will still meet Wed. for our Brag meeting, but the 1st,3rd,and 4th Thursdays of the month for our others.We seemed to have a better turn out Thursdays when it started getting cold.I dont care where we meet,but I have some commitments and I will only be making the Brag meeting if we have all out meeting on Wed. night.So.............lets have some input from you guys,one way or another. | ||

FYI... The paint they advertise "Fusion" that molecularly bonds to plastic... doesn't on XB body work... I tried it on the grey chin fairing... the yellow matched great... the paint did not bond to the plastic... OH WELL... coulda worked!!! | ||

Joe.......Saturday's festivities involved a visitor from out of town the "boys" thought they would conveniently stop by during my all-naked all-day day, and yes, she freaked out when the doorbell rang....(solicitors make it short and sweet when you have your hands covering your balls.) As for the pipe....I don't remember who it was but I don't think that version is something you would want on the street as they did away with the fan and brought the pipe out through that orifice. Dennis....... when I had the X1 bodywork painted, I gave the painter the paint code and he did a "burn" test to get his additives right for adhesion. I didn't have any problems. I don't know what a burn test is or how it's done but thought it might be of interest to you. P.S. have any of you guys been kidney punched in the back? damn, how long does this take to heal, feels like fractured ribs. I don't recommend it. | ||

Sam... The propaganda of commercial advertising gave me the stupidity to try... I can always use the chin fairing off the one I take off... tip number two... don't use Ace Hardware brand pop rivets... the shaft breaks off and not the head. About the kidney punch... I gotta ask... how did you come to experience a kidney punch?? Some guy from Texas???? The pain should subside in a couple of days to a couple of weeks. Now the bad news... a couple of days if the pain stops because you die... the good news... if it hurts for a couple of weeks... you will probably live... but shit are you gonna hurt for a while!!!
