sounds like a fun ride. A new Buell rider in New England. Sundays are usually bad for me, but I am looking to have a free one in August. Anyone ever ride on Saturdays?

Yes, Dot's is the turn around point...don't think we'll make it there before 1:00 though. We are stopping for breakfast at the Cracker Barrel in Sturbridge, MA.

Am I to expect anybody on this ride or not?

Danny - your riding up on your own?

I got an e-mail from Bo...hoping to meet at Dot's for lunch...if the timing works out...

Nobody has asked for the address but it is right here...

http://maps.google.com/maps?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLR,GGLR:2007-25,GGLR:en&q=16+Pleasant+Street,+grafton,+ma&um=1&sa=X&oi=geocode_result&resnum=1&ct=image

in case somebody else around finds the balls for a long day on the bikes...and chance getting a little wet...the day before going back to work...

...nothing but excuses around here lately...

I'll check in first thing in the morning...leaving at 7:15am...

I am in need of someone with ECM spy to possibly reset my ECM values/ aka TPS/AF and would pay in cash or beer.(sorry no weed, don't smoke, lol).
I am in Attleboro, MA
Well, I got 2 2000 x1's and a 2002 triumph daytona CE, and love to ride! Hope to have some fun w/o getting arrested!

Sup guys, hope you all have been watching all the races this weekend on speed channel. Either that or out riding. 2 days into healing and I'm already feeling better. I just hate staring at the bike in the garage and waiting

Jest got in from my solo marothon ride in Vermont. 10 hours 450+ miles. Bad Weather bikin at its finest, I ain't no fair weather pansey. I got in well over 100 miles of rain riding. Jest had to slow from a sport touring pace to a touring one. I got soaked and then blow dried on 3 seprate occasions, some was pretty heavey too. Even the tourest were shaking there heads at poor fat old me in the pouring rain, too bad they were the ones stuck in cages,I was lovin every mile wet or dry.
I scored a nice HOT bowl of chili with some corn bread at Dots, was there from 11:45am to 12:40pm. In my travles I also scored two bottles of fresh local Vermont made Maple syrup, one grade A Fancy and one grade A Medium Amber. Can't wait to try um too.
Think I'll do the Maine coast solo marithon next. Ole Orchard beach +some. No ones invited,I fly alone. I like it that way, me the road, the wind, go where I want, stop when I want.

Thanks for the invite! I'll be there as soon as possible. Feeling pretty good this evening, although a bit cloudy in the fore-brain area. I took off my bandaging and was rewarded with a sweet 6.5" incision, fairly strait, doc tied me up good. One more drug induced day of boredom and isolation and then I'm back to work.

Welcome to the club?

Been on 7 - 3:30 for the past 7 years...though I'll admit my current job has 'flexibility'...my direct boss leaves me to set my own hours...

There's more over time required (on salary so not really a bonus) but that pays for itself in some freedoms...

Glad everybody enjoyed their respective rides for the day!

See ya'll soon...and welcome to the new guys!

Now to get ready for the next weeks grind!

Hey guys, I rode with you all about a month ago. It was my first ride with the group. I have been quite busy since and do most if not all of my riding to and from work each day (86 miles round trip). I'm hoping to catch back up soon.

Anyone interested in a VFW motorcycle run this Sunday? The Norton VFW is holding their 4th annual run on the 27th. Registration starts at 9AM and the ride at 11AM. The fee is $15 which includes food and music. The funds go to the Vets.

I'm guessing that with a little route planning we can come up with a decent ride upon completion of the VFW run. Maybe Damnut can help in that department?

Ask "Chippy" how his bike is running. He says it's now worse than before his got worked on....By someone else.

If you have someone work on your bike,be sure they'll follow up if it isn't right.

As far as the VFW "Run". I think i can speak for most when i say it's a circus parade of YAYhoo wannabes. We don't DO parades!

He "SHOULD" be able to do such an easy task....I think? Never seen him work on a bike is all. Plus he likes Vespa's, and they are ***..

Are we talking about me remapping Chip's bike? Because if we are, all I did was dump a race map into his bike to save the dude some green on the race ECM. If he installed a race ECM, it'd be running just the same. My (garage) door is always open to NEBO, and I'll dump his stock map right back in if he wants.

Hey,i don't care WHO worked on Chip's bike.
My point is,FI is very labor intensive/delicate,and shouldn't be messed with unless it can be finished correctly.

His bike has a big hole in accel right in the meat of powerband, poor guy.He thinks his original map is lost.I know nothing more.

All this bickering, you'd think it was December. We don't even ride as a group anymore.I miss that.I've ridden with Eric only once this season. It's fallin' apart i tell 'ya.Fallin' apart
