I think this picture tells the story of how much fun I really had at the track. This is after ridding to/from work too.

Before yesterday I was hesitant to spend this much $$$ to ride my bike hard as all hell as we do it every weekend for free. Except I have never come home with my tire's looking like this.....

Really is amazing how much more speed you can have going through the corners knowing there is nothing to hit you, pull out in front of you! AND if I screw up there is always an "out" escape to the grass or something.

Still got that damn chicken strip!!!!

Not to bad being tired, Was exhausted by the end of the day for sure...Driving home I cought myself falling asleep twice! YIKES!!!!

They were 20 min. sessions every hour so I had time to sit and get a drink of Gatoraid before heading back out...

After each session there was classroom time where they would view video of the session and go over what was done correctly/incorrectly and how to improve on each corner...

I wish I could have done the 2nd day also, The 1st day you are overwhelmed with info, the 2nd I could have put it all together and used the info to help my times...

I will sign up for the july sessions as $$ becomes available...

Don't sweat the chicken strips. I have a quarter inch on both sides front and rear, yet I am dragging my pegs and belly pan in turns 3 and 6. Some times those strips are just there for good.

howdy folks! thanks for all the kind encouraging words! i'm feeling a lot better, just one nagging rib. have some stuff on order to fix up lucretia, she has her scars though (1st time she's ever been down : ( ) won't be able to make sunday's ride but bike will be better when i'm done, have new ebc rotor on order, and i'm considering s3 bars who knows.

JP- my wife will come home... Someday... Friggin idiots running the demobilization unit can't seem to get her packet right, so she's stuck there until they do. On the bright side, she got to be an extra in a movie called "The Messenger." She met Woody Harrelson. What that stoner's doing in a movie about the Army, I have no idea.
