7 hours total time from door to door going down, with a short stop over in Wilmington, N.C. i saw several Buells only talked to 2 Buellers. This is the list as best as I can remember of what was down there
-X1 Lightnings (3) White
Blue stripe
Red stripe
-M2 Cyclone (1) Orange
-1125R (2) Black
Sunset Orange (NoRice???)
-XB12X Uly (1) dark with a firebolt fairing
-XB Lightning (3) Black

Yellow XB9 ridden by a hot blond
-S1 Lightnings (1) S1W (oh that was me)
-Blast (1) Black ridden 2 up
Changed hotels to the Captain's Quarters much further South on Saturday and spent most of the night at the Dog House South (original). No Buell Demo rides but very entertaining V-Rod demo rides. Made it back home Sunday in 6.50 hours door to door. I've got [pictures but all can't be posted. I'll see if Mel can burn some Cds for the HRH guys

Cool!!!
Our Customer Service Manager was present (back of a Honda VTX1800) and told me that she saw several Buells, more then she'd ever seen before down there. A lot of Sports bikes too she said.
She baiting me to go to the one this weekend, tempting...but still not planning on making it. Sounds like you had fun tho!!! |
