What a great trip so far. Only did 19 hours of riding between Friday and Saturday.
An incredible road is 218 between antelope and fossil.
Seen a few Buells, Triumph's, lots of GSXR's and a ton of HD's.
Well I'm off to do some more riding up to devils tail. |

Taking a break and resting up before my ride back home tomorrow.
I got pulled over on the road shown in the picture. They have had people wreck and run off the road so they are trying to enforce speed limits.
Got off with just a warning for doing 15 mph over.
These shots are all from the Idaho side of the border. This stretch is called the Devils tail. |

Only rode about 1300 miles. My wife did 769 miles. Not bad for a first time out with only 120 miles of previous riding experience.
One of these days I need to get back on 218 with a sport bike. That road is insane. It's between Antelope and Fossil. Don't be out of fuel in Fossil, $6.10/Gal for unleaded (no premium).

I was actually asked if my bike was the new Buell. LOL
It was the only V-rod there that I saw. |

I saw this bike a few times.
I did almost 1200 miles on this ride. And I am so bummed I did not hit 218, I continued on 19 up to Condon then stayed the night in The Dalles on my way home. |
