I'm thinking of riding down to Tucson this weekend and visiting AL, and however else shows up down there. Anyone in the Phoenix area thinking of riding down there??? | ||

Sat or Sunday? I am supposed to work on Sat. Had problems this weekend after a couple WOT runs with what sounded like running out of gas. Guess I'll drain the tank and carb tomorrow and see what I get. Will know more about going after that. | ||

Like I said, I wouldn't mind riding down the back way through Globe and Mammoth if anyone else is up to it, I wouldn't mind the company. I still haven't been able to get a hold of Al, not sure what he's up to these days. Monkey, even if nobody else wants to go, I'll come down on Sunday, I've been working 12 hr days the last two weeks, and desperately need the ride time. I'll be working the following 14 days straight and won't be able to make any other meetings if anyone else wants to get together... | ||

I am going to be relatively free this weekend. A contractor of mine is showing up late. As for what to do, that would be up to those who want to join. I am not that familiar with Tucson. I was originally thinking about chow, but I am open to suggestions. Let me know | ||

Tucson to Phoenix and vice versa commuting should be fun in the near future. ADOT plans on making i-10 3 lanes for that section of road. Bart do you have some pics of your s1's high res preferably that you can post up or email to me darktwin79@cox.net | ||

Yea, and that section of road will be done when? they still haven't even started the 3 lanes between Casa Grande and Phoenix! Jeremy, I do have some high res pics, I will search around on my laptop for them. Monkey, I'll be down in Tucson Sunday morning, looking to meet someone on the west side for lunch, I can't remember the road that heads up to Oracle, but something near that road and river rd. I haven't heard from too many others, so should probably just coordinate between us, and go from there. I plan to head back up to Fenix around 2pm. Bart | ||

they started the grading on the east bound side just outside of Picacho Peak. We finished the archealogical survey about 2 weeks ago both side of I-10 at Picacho. | ||

Bart The name of the road is Oracle. If you follow it north out of town, it becomes Hwy 77, which heads up to Winkelman and Globe. Corp Monkey What part of town are you going to be in? | ||

I'm taking my sons on a short ride from maricopa to casa grande, to coolidge, to florence and then back into johnsons ranch. they do not feel comfortable yet doing the big rides..... Any of you guys doing the death valley ride in April? April 3-6. I will probably leave on Friday morning, head to death valley....do death valley with the guys on saturday, then head home sunday. some of the northern cal guys are leaving on thursday....fyi. rex | ||

OK, here's the plan, I'm meeting kelly over on the east side Sunday morning at Mesa and US60 at the QT gas station, at 10AM. yes he did. I rode down to Tucson on my S2, with Kelly on his GSXR100. We all met at the Chili's in Oro Valley. Unfortunately, the only pic I got was this one of the poop some dog left behind on Kelly's bike...   | ||
