(posting for a friend, looking to get more makes/types involved other than just Harley) Mark May 10, 2008 (10am to 3pm) on your calendar and plan to attend the Ladies of Harley Swap Meet and Open House at the Annandale Golf and Curling club. This is open to anyone with new or gently used motorcycle parts and accessories that they wish to get out of their basements and back on the road. If you have any leathers, gloves, chrome, pipes, bags etc, that you would like to find a new home for, then plan to register for either a half table or a whole table to accommodate all of your goodies. We will again be asking for 10% of your profits to benefit the Distress Centre Durham. Also, this year we are opening the floor to any motorcycle group wishing to advertise their charity ride. ($25/table), so if you know of a group that needs a little extra help to boost their ride let me know. Plan to come out and visit us that day as we will have the swap meet, a spot for charity rides, Mackie Harley Davidson display, bbq and refreshments. Invite all of your neighbours as well. With this open house we would like to show the community that we are a great group of people that are very involved in charity work and are concerned about the place we live.
