Membership Card
Will be further developed. Stick to a single laminated business card size, two sided.
Shirts
Took ownership of 18 Shirts, with each shirt sold or provided to new members, we owe Latus $20. Did not pay up front to avoid depleting club monies.
Sponsorship Agreement.
Wendy Offit is Latus Event Coordinator. We need to engage her for Club Events.
Should we print flyers for PBR Latus “First annual track day?
Discussed Riders Edge portion of agreement, discussion will continue with sponsor. Introduced to Bill Spencer Altus’s Riders Edge coordinator.
Discussed Go cart track training class.
SRC and ERC, open up to 18 people.
Can do sport or Super Motard or Dual Sport.
Track Day
There are three discount track day tickets available.
People planning on attending need to get the form and payment in to PSSR ASAP!
Opens
Tom Young Museum, open to all riders, a good starting point for ralleys.
PIR Drag Racking, Street level. Wed and Friday.

Paypal Account- Mark will look into getting a PBR or Portland Buell Rider email account setup and register it with Paypal
PBR Banner - Kenny will work with Latus for a Altus sponsored PBR banner. Jim will also look into a backup banner incase Latus decides they do not want to back the Banner.
ID Cards - We have an approved Design. I know not every one has seen them but we had enough votes to make it official. Bill I had yours completed and laminated. You must be photo genetic because your ID is what sold everyone on it. Next time we meet up I will give you your card. We still need pictures from everyone else emailed into Paul so we can get your ID's completed.
Fund raisers - We have shirts to sell. Best bet is to have them available during track day and possible setup a table at one of Latus Saturday BBQ/Music events. The idea of patches did not go over real well. This seems like a cool idea t everyone but the cost out ways the WOW factor for many. We are still looking into costs to see feasibility at this time. Jim will be heading this up.
Other Sponsors - At this time we will stick with just one. We need to get established before attempting to take on too much.
PBR hand out Cards - The new card design was presented and Approved by a majority Vote. Kenny has an approval from Latus and will be getting a 1000 printed. These cards can be displayed in the Buell area at Latus for all new potential bike owners to take.
PBR Track day - JUNE 3rd. We still have 3 discounted registration forms. We need to keep this within the Buell owner groups and try to promote it for June 3rd. if there are no takers then we will offer them to PBR members as a second track day. Tripp will not make it but we will have Josh and possibly Shawn attending in his place. They are locals and extremely fast racers. Josh currently has possession of the 1125R and has converted it to a full out Race track bike only and will be brining it to our track day. This means for those of you who did not take advantage of the Demo ride when it was available will not be able to do so for a while. Kenny mentioned that Latus is working on a replacement 1125R street Demo bike.
Miles Around - Dennis at Miles around has added our PBR link to his site. We have also been invited to his Radio show to talk up the Track Day and PBR. Both Paul and Kenny should make the appearance to represent PBR/Latus. This is great publicity for us. There is also an event on May 10th hosted by Miles around which would be a great opportunity to show our bikes off. I have posted info on our Forum under events.
Planned rides - Nor Cal ride (Mark to set up), Splash (Paul to organize PBR group to attend for those interested), Sport Bike NW (open)
Saturday morning rides - May 17th is our 7:00 am start up at Gators. Ride to leave at 8:00 am. This way we beat traffic, cyclsits and when it gets hot that dreaded 90 degree in gear heat.

Price creep. Need more votes to approve additional $45 to vector the font. We need to move fast to have this for the track day!

Reminder, you need a riding suit DOT helmet to ride. There will probably be time to prep the bike in the AM if you get there early. Tires will be available for sale at the track.

Patches
Revisiting patches need to know who is interested. Beer can Logo for how many? This should be a limited run for inaugural members. Flames logo in mass production so we can have a stock to sell.
Need to close up the deal with Mikes around for Promo event.

Purpose is to promote the club on a local radio show, this is a good opportunity.

Cards
Kenny brought cards for us to hand out. Paul, Aron and Kenny each have a box.
Please get a stack of cards and hand them out to people you talk Buell with!
Slip one under the seat strap on any Buell you don’t know!
Latus will hand these out in the Buell area of the showroom.
Latus items:
Kenny brought a letter from Blake to Latus.
This places Latus banners on the page and provides a Latus section in the sponsor’s page; it does not affect PBR’s storm fronts section in any way shape or form.

Discussed custom items for Buells.
CF wheels at ~$3000 a set did not seem like a viable product.
Recommended a Latus pipe for the 1125r. $$$ to be made here!

Grow the Saturday events
-piggyback on Latus events.
Adventure riding.
-We would like to increase the number of adventure riders.
-Work with Dave and George to get some adventure riders into the room.

Organized Sunday Ride.
-Second Sunday of every month we would like to have an organized ride. Roughly 300 Miles, planed gas stops.
