Factory demo truck, "not-battletrax" challenge course (lol), Buell stunt team, tentative commitment from DaFanz suspension tuning for event suspension setup (similar to trackside setup service they offer), race bike displays...it should be a fun day. The event will be from 10-6 on Saturday April 12, at HD/Buell of Williamsport. www.hdwilliamsport.com for directions. There will be a ride from Buell of Frederick to Williamsport, leaving Frederick at 8am SHARP. www.hdoffrederick.com for directions. A nice, spirited ride through the mountains of Frederick and Washington Counties  Anyone who is interested, please feel free to shoot me an email either thru BadWeb, or to jgoetz@hdoffrederick.com and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. There are no fees, just have a valid license and DOT gear for the demo rides. Don't have a Buell yet? Fine...come along anyway, we'll get ya hooked! I also have a flyer in MSWord format - if anyone would like copies to distribute at your local "bike hangouts" let me know and I'll be happy to email it to you. I look forward to seeing the ones I already know...and to putting some new faces to names on the screen | ||

Hell, if she wants too, we could turn it into an entirely different type of shoot..  well.. maybe not.. at the dealership.. I'll stick to the camera. Hate to be a downer but looks like 70% chance of rain Sat. Joe: one of my tires came in today. I'll never order from Ridenow.com again. Ordered a set of Pirelli Stradas, the rear tire shipped from FL the front from AZ, a week after I placed my order. WTF! | ||

Oy Vey.. That's not looking too good .. I just looked at Weather dot com and it's looking like a wet day on Saturday.. DAMN!! Ramon. That's kind of odd, but my guess would be that they just picked the warehouse that had each tire and shipped from there, as for the long turnaround time. Could be one of a couple of things.. They are just slow. They were waiting to make sure the money hit their accounts before shipping. They are dicks. They were waiting for the tires to get to them before they shipped it out to you. Uh.. whatever.. | ||

I'm teaching in the rain this weekend  hopefully the rain is from Friday and will only last in the early morning. Wish this weather will get warmer. Rode in the fog this morning to work. K | ||

just got some corsa 3's put on the rims monday morning, so far so great! ridin every day to break em in, then comin rain or shine sat morning for sportfest. local va guys, some of us are meeting at sheetz in haymarket at 6am on corner of rt15 and rt66. blublak if you want us to meet you somewhere along the way that would be cool too. | ||

Looks like a wet morning with rain clearing for the afternoon - 40%. Anyone leading a ride to Williamsport? My front tire should be in today, hopefully it will come in time for me to get them put on tonight. I'm crossing my fingers! If not, I'll have to wait for the dealership to open Sat. | ||

Latest weather for williamsport, md shows NO RAIN!!! YAY!!! They now say partly cloudy most of the day, it looks like most of the rain will blow through here tonight (I certainly hit enough of it on my way home tonight...but the Uly is almost *clean*, lol) I got everything ready to set up in the AM - and I have not only 25th Anniversary tees but a slew of Icon riding gear to display / sell / order And for the challenge course riders...bring your game face, Bemisderfer is helping lay out the course. Heheh... Wish I could join in on the AM ride, but I'll be at the 'port doing setup. Ride safe, everyone! |
